First time in Pasto. Service was impeccable, the owner and his staff friendly and helpful. Place itself charming and clean. Breakfast fabulous. location safe. 15 min walk to downtown. Restaurants one or two blocks away. Catholic church one block away (that was very nice and unexpected) Highly recommend!

Nice hotel with exceptional customer service.

Hotel Frances La Maison is a quaint hotel in the middle of Pasto. The rooms are clean and filled with the amenities. It has a touch of French since the proprietor is French. Breakfast and conversation is included which makes a stay in Pasto complete.

Excellent staff- The hotel is very clean and organized and staff is constant and ready to assist and guide.

Service was great, very convenient location, and cleanliness inside the room and at general areas was really good. Everything inside the room worked very well. Breakfast was delicious. And, hotel staff was very kind, friendly and very gentle.

We saw the great reviews for this hotel and can only add ourselves to the list of excellent reviews. We were treated so well, as if we were family. The breakfast "made to order" was terrific. Go for the fruit salad for a treat covering a broad variety of Colombian fruit. We had to extend our stay by a few days and had no problems with this. We will be back when the opportunity presents itself.

My stay at the Hotel Frances La Madison was great! Patrice and his staff are friendly, the hotel is very clean and the customer service was second to none. Every morning you are greeted with a delicious breakfast and at night, a hot cup of tea. It was wonderful!

My 1st impression was the great location. 2nd, appearance; the place looks immaculate. 3rd; I arrived early. The front desk clerk offered a room so I could lay down while my assigned room was ready. After a long morning, that was a gesture that I REALLY APPRECIATED. 4th, the whole "crew" starting with Patrice, were extremely polite, attentive and helpful!!!! 5th, breakfast was, 1st class, Very Complete!!!! To summarize, this is a place that I WILL recommend and when I go back, I will surely look up to stay. KUDOS FOR A GREAT A EXPERIENCE, based on accomodation and Staff. I´m very Satisfied!!

Excellent breakfast and top-notch service. They allowed me to check in early (9 am) at no extra charge. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, if a bit small. The room that I had (203) faced the street and so was a bit noisy; the cold also came in a bit at night through the single-glazed window, but was totally fine with the extra blankets that were stored in the closet (and which had been pointed out to me). If the room were upgraded with a double-glazed window (which admittedly are rare in Colombia), that would better insulate the room from the noise and cold, it would be fantastic.

The place is runned by owner and his service is extraordinary!!! Very clean, great breakfast, convenient location, fast internet .... in general outstanding value for the price. We'll definitely stay there again ... highly recommended

The hotel is a small boutique. The owner and staff are extremely friendly. They are more than willing to assist in any manner possible to ensure that all guests have an excellent stay. I definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the Pasto area.
