Fantastic place and would definitely return. Buffet breakfast lunch and dinner was brilliant and the surrounds were elite!

We were not informed by Expedia that we only had a half board stay instead of full board. There was no choice offered when making reservations. There was an option for a see view for which I paid extra . I had one pint of a sea view. Do not pay extra as all the rooms are with the see view. Food was poor, not much variety, No one to take your plate away when finished with one course. I guess, they figured one plate is all one need. They never sanitized the table mats, would wipe them with the same rag they used to clean the tables with. Towels- OMG they issue towels twice a day from 10 to noon and from 4 to 5 pm. You must give a 15 euros deposit to get them. The chairs around the pool , not enough for the amount of guests. Watered down drinks. Unfortunately, they have such an amazing coast with poor management and idea what hospitality industry is all about. My suggestion would be go to Cancun for a week and see how it is done .

Great family hotel. Very clean. Close to beach. Helpful staff. I made an error in booking a room and Sergej at the front desk was able to assist me - he was so helpful.

This place is amazing. Wish we would have known about it earlier so we could have booked more days there. Nice relaxed atmosphere, feels like a beach resort. Would definitely recommmend it.

The hotel has good customer service and amenities unfortunately the room smell bad like sewer , otherwise all good

The hotel staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were good although the swimming pools were a little cold, well equipped gym to work off the excesses from the all inclusive food offerings. The food was plentiful and the drinks kept flowing, all in all a very pleasant experience.

Excellent location. It has a great boat ride into debrovnik and back allowing you time to visit Dubrovnik for many hours if you like and the total cost was only twenty euros per person. The indoor pool was helpful when raining. The out door pool is a huge area. The evening entertainment was good music for families There were lots of kids here so if you want a quieter spot then this one is not the best.

The hotel was clean and light. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Really good selection of different types of food. Fresh salads, fish and cheeses. This was my fourth time in Cavtat so chose the location rather than the hotel. It's good that it is so close to the airport and the taxi from the airport was 20 Euros - regardless of taxi company. A little bit too early in the season, so a bit cool and places only just starting to open up, so would go in May or September next time, as done previously. Although Dubrovnik is quieter off season. Cavtat has a special place in my heart.

I booked what I thought was just an airport hotel for our last night before flying home. Wow, this is a great resort and the town of Cavtat is a gem well worth visiting! The dinner buffet was really good and all facilities were excellent. The location is perfect for exploring the area. I would go back.

Fairly mediocre all inclusive catering

Very close to the airport It's a beautiful location and wonderful outside areas. The shower is so powerful too and great Aircon.

The food was average and not hot. The balcony was too small to sit out on and had no sun. Disabled access wasn’t good. The area was pretty but no shops within walking distance.

Great location and decent food. Closer to airport than we realised ( good thing for transport), but not a problem with noise. Modern property, large open seating area lacked atmosphere on same level as reception. Only one bar on this level. Restaurant on lower level, snack bar on lower level out near the pools. Self serve drinks at restaurant/ snack bar during open hours. Outside this time, seemed only one bar on upper level by reception. Drinks- all inclusive below standard - soft drinks especially - I opted for water mostly:-/. Two good size pools, a covered pergola surrounds the large pool ( great for shade). Our room lovely, simple and modern, comfy beds, pillow choice ( nice). Location - loved it, small road in front of hotel, small, but lovely pebble beach just across the road, water shoes required( typical Croatian beach). Nice to swim, was inflatable obstacle course week were there, taken down 7 Sept. A few bars/ eateries there, nice for a change to watch the sunset. Within flat walking distance 15 - 20mins Cavtat town. Beautiful stroll, quiet road by the sea. All in all, good quality accomodation for the price, great location
