Wonderful hotel in fabulous location Pay for the sea view

Really good location and a great view from our "partial sea view" room. Breakfast buffet was amazing, so much choice. Staff all great. One negative; the charge for sunbeds by their sea swimming area was excessive at 15 euros each per day,

We were promised a get away breakfast box due to a very early flight but the staff did not follow through!

lovely hotel in a lovely place BUT our 1 night stay was spoilt by 5 fire alarms between 3am & 5am. clearly a technical problem (not genuine incidents) but annoying nonetheless

Beautiful location and good breakfast

Super nice staff, convenient free parking, excellent hot breakfast. Our only negative was that the AC system was still disabled for the season, this in early May. While I would not call the room hot or overly warm, there was no air flow and it was stuffy. You might want to bring a travel fan with you.

Decent hotel, but not great. The pool area is pretty small and jam packed with seats, full each day so we didn’t go during our stay. You do also have to pay for a bed which is a new one for me. Breakfast was good, but during the stay there was no aircon in rooms which we didn’t know about. We rang reception to say ours didn’t work, were told someone would come up, nobody did and then we later found out that’s it’s a hotel policy to have no aircon during certain months. Not a great experience with staff, but as I say, the hotel is fine but not great

Breakfast

Our room was perfect with a balcony and a breath-taking view of the water. The staff was very helpful when we checked in, and also arranged for a breakfast box since our flight the next day was very early in the morning (before breakfast was served). Parking was free, which is a great perk and the hotel is walking distance from the center, located in front of the water. The pool area overlooked the water. It was a great find and will definitely stay there again. Longer this time!

Excellent hotel - rooftop infinity pool was lovely but cold water in April. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of times to attend, great coffee machines and lots of different food. We will come back!

The location is perfect! I had one rude staff but the rest was helpful for the most part. Rooms are brand new but for some reason their mini fridge doesn’t get cold and they tried to tell me that was normal ( which is not) so I’m not sure if it was just my room but don’t expect to use it to keep things cold. Huge breakfast buffet so you will be happy with that. If you are going in the spring, they don’t turn on the AC but having the balcony doors open isn’t bad and it’s safe. The air outside was nice. You can spend all your time near the hotel and you will be happy because the location is so perfect. And the scenery right outside the hotel is breathtaking

Good Location, breakfast was plenty, friendly staff. Hotel appears to have been recently updated. Shower head sprayed into the ceiling. AC was not activated but fan was annoying and rattled. All reported to maintenance.

This is a beautiful property. Great location. Small pool area and you have to pay for a pool lounge chair. But will visit again.

We loved our stay at Hotel Cavtat! The most beautiful views from our balcony. Not too far from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik, a short taxi drive away. Delicious breakfasts every morning, and the location was stunning. Amazing restaurants nearby with many just off the coast so you can eat and drink as the sun sets. It had local buses running throughout the day. Great pool on the rooftop. Everything was cleand and quiet too. Cavtat is a small village and came with it's own charm. It was wholesome, it was cosy, it was perfect. Small enough to walk around the entire coast, with stunning restuarants throughout.
