Great hotel, lovely and clean Staff were fab! Breakfast was lovely

Lovely comfortable and clean place to stay and very well situated for exploring the Whitby area

The property was good for a short break

Great Stay and Dinner at the Wilson Arms - 10 minutes outside Whitby - easy access and great rooms with great bar and food. We had a Double - Room 3 - Ate dinner good selection choice and great beer and Gin Stay was easy and I apologies for setting the Fire Alarm off at 8am on Sunday morning... shower ... Steam. No issues - all good - very nice breakfast service was great. Price £120.00 for a double with Breakfast. Meal for two was £67.00 which included 2 x Rounds of Drinks - great value. Thanks for letting us stay - we will be back

The room was very clean , the one thing that could have improved it was a fan during the heat wave . Staff were very helpful and friendly The breakfast was very good , freashly cooked and quality ingredients. Maybe offer fruit as an alternative to cereal

Very clean room with a large bathroom area. Excellent breakfast and had meal in pub the evening before which was spot on. Was lucky to have a sea view and was awoken by a fantastic sunrise.

Fantastic staff and owners. Clean and comfortable room. Good choice on menu and food cooked to a high standard. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again .

Lovely room with walk in shower, comfy bed ,clean and with helpful, cheerful staff to assist you with any queries. A breakfast fit for Royalty, who could ask for more. Good well stocked bar with an evening menu to please all appetites including vegetarian.I will certainly return.

This is in a great location, with a great view from the garden across to the Abbey. Really happy with the room and the staff were lovely and very helpful. We also had our evening meal here, which was lovely and great value. I would definitely stay again.

What a great find, lovely friendly pub with rooms. Room was spotless as the whole premises. Couldn't fault the evening meal or the breakfast ( probably the best we have had for some time. We will definitely revisit.

Parking next to hotel

Parking is very good, room was very nice although the shower water pressure and control was not very good. Staff were attentive and always available.

Room was clean and inviting, bed super comfy and everything we could need for our short stay. Many breakfast options available - full English was top draw! Would definitely use again.

Every was perfect

Great bar, plenty of room (dog friendly), great choice of gin, wine by the glass could be improved though. The choice is poor (jack rabbit) better to buy a bottle as nicer wines available. Staff are lovely, can’t do enough, food is delicious and the rooms are clean with nice toiletries and bed linen. Plenty of clean towels and comfy beds. Overall, I would definitely return as the pub is in a great location for Whitby, dog friendly and offers bed & a delicious breakfast at a good price. What’s not to love? Thanks for a fab new year’s break, we would highly recommend.

We have stayed at the Wilson Arms a number of times and everything is just perfect. Lovely and helpful staff. Always smiling and happy. The rooms are always comfortable, clean and have everything you need. The bar area is very nicely decorated and the range of drinks should suit everyones taste, it does ours. The menu is quite large and definitely value for money. Cooked and presented perfectly. Breakfast is always worth waiting for. You won't get better. Already planning our next booking.

The room was very clean and the bathroom too. The staff were really nice and friendly. Our bed was really comfy . It's in a quiet little village not far from Whitby. As out of season it was very quiet. Ate in restaurant, was a really good menu. Would recommend

Lovely room, very clean. Good breakfast with choice of hot breakfast or cereal. Great location only 3 miles out of whitby, definitely a hidden gem, would definitely recommend
