Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff!

Where do I start ! The room was absolutely perfect. Spacious, clean, nice bed , big bathroom, beautiful views, quiet. The Château was beautiful, elegant, historic and well maintained. Buffet breakfast was super yummy. The staff were lovely and helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful chateau set in lovely grounds. Our initial room was in the old part of the building and definitely needed an upgrade. Lovely outlook but small, old fashioned bathroom and a distinct smell. So we asked to be moved. No problem and we were moved to a modern room in the newer extension, which was fine.

We had a lovely time in a lovely location. Very kind staff. However, there were challenges: poor internet in Park building, mediocre breakfast, no lift in the chateau so 47 steps up to our second etage room in the chateau, few restaurants nearby and no restaurant in the hotel apart from breakfast room.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The staff were courteous and helpful. A nice atmosphere and convenient location. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms by the park which was very comfortable, spacious, and quiet. There are plenty of places to relax around the property. It was the perfect way to visit and explore Strasbourg while also getting a château experience.

Rooms very old and tired and in need of period renovations. Also no blind in the bathroom so when showering people can see in your full glory from the lawns.

Wow what a wonderful place to stay. We have visited many chateaux and stately homes before but never had the opportunity to stay in one. What an amazing experience. Good size bedroom ample bathroom excellent choice of buffet food. Reception staff very helpful and friendly and gave good advice. Parking outside and easy park and ride into central strasbourg. Would recommend it without hesitation. :-)

Stayed 4 nights in new section, nice large bathroom and bedroom, bed large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet nice. Didn’t have car and 25mins walk to tram that takes you in to strasbourg city. One resturant at gates entrance but not open every day, so had to walk into small town from chateau. Not good walk back at night after restaurant in dark. Beware teens on motorbikes riding around park grounds,no security and felt unsafe.

Staff was very accommodating. They were friendly and fluent in English. The coffee, tea, bar area ia accessible 24 hours a day on the honor system. Someone had a beautiful wedding in the garden during our stay. The chateau is ajacent to a park area with miles of wide, level walk and bike ways! Wonderful, fresh breakfast daily!

Good hotel

This was the perfect gathering place for our group of 8 ladies on a Christmas markets trip, We felt like royalty in our own chateau gathering around the Christmas tree in the lounge area. I enjoyed playing the beautiful piano in the ballroom. The staff made us feel so at home.

Great property. It is very unique. Staff were very friendly. Easy free parking on the site. Excellent breakfast. They have many complimentary drinks. Excellent hotel with a great price. From now on. this will be my hotel during my stay in Strasbourg.

Beautiful hotel! and interesting history… and excellent staff; friendly and helpful! Only suggestion: people with heavy luggage should be advised of stairs

We had a great time. Beautiful property, Le parc room are beautiful and all renovated. It was perfect place to stay, cleanliness is top of the line.

Lovely place to stay near Strasbourg. We stayed one night after taking the Tram to and from Strasbourg. Easy drive to the chateau. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel and the room was very clean and spacious. Great bathroom and the breakfast was very good. Wish we had more time to stay and walk around the park area.
