The breakfast and included Spa were particularly fantastic. Alcudia Port had all of the amenities we could have asked for, combined with attentive and friendly staff. We would stay again!

Lovely location, super friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in! Even a bottle of cava to celebrate my daughter’s birthday! So relaxing and chilled by the pool, lovely cocktails too!

More of a 4-star experience than 5-star While the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff do go above and beyond—especially considering they’re clearly understaffed—the overall experience fell short of 5-star expectations. Our AC was broken throughout our stay, and unfortunately, the only solution offered was to flip the breaker switch ourselves, which didn’t resolve the issue. The rooms could use better maintenance, particularly the showers and taps. With some updates and better attention to guest comfort, this place has real potential.

Bordoy hotel was exceptional. The staff were really awesome and they made our stay very comfortable. The food was so good. I was glad I paid for half board. The restaurant was actually a 5 star for me too. I never expected much since it was an hotels restaurant but both the service and food was excellent.

The hotel and there employee's were outstanding. The staff were hospitable, kind, friendly, caring and respectful. The property was immaculate and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms are beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and offer every comfort you could wish for. The location is ideal, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel’s amenities, especially the pool, spa, restaurant, were top-notch and made my stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and always eager to help with any request. It’s clear that they are dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay! I would give it a 10 stars if I could!!!

Simply the best hotel in Alcudia. Beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. Staff are so helpful. Highly recommend.

Had an overall great experience at the Bordoy Suites Hotel Port D’Alcudia. Everyone was extremely kind since our arrival, always smiling and trying to help us (but without being overly invasive). They even upgraded us from a suite to a rooftop terrace suite with jacuzzi, great touch! Breakfast was good quality but could use a few more food options. Pool towels could be upgraded as well. Just minor details to improve, definitely not enough to take a star away from an amazing stay!

We loved our stay at the hotel! We struggled to find a place to park so ended up paying for onsite parking which was totally worth it! The staff was incredible- from the front desk to the handy man everyone helped us!! The only Minor inconvenience was the AC in one of our rooms didn’t work parts of the time, but we still enjoyed our stay and hope to be back to Mallorca as soon as possible, it’s an incredible island!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! Our flight was later in the day so we used pool and snack/bar before we left! Hotel allowed us to use pool and showers at spa area while we stored our luggages! Location is close to everything we needed! Tried Indian (Namaste) restaurant and it was very good! Ate steaks, paella at nearby restaurants. It was okay. We took local buses to beaches, and tourist attractions! Public buses are easy to navigate. I wished we could stay here another night or more! We will stay at this hotel again!

We had four fantastic nights at the Bordoy port Alcudia suites. The staff are very friendly and accommodating in particular Camilla on the front desk, she was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and modern and in a perfect location, only a stones throw away from the beach and an array of bars and restaurants. We would defiantly recommend this hotel.

A very modern and clean hotel. Room was very spacious. Very clean and spotless. Easy access to grocery , shopping and dining. Close to beach. Close to bus stop. I can not fault anytging with this hotel. Special thanks to Camila for being such a nice person. She is more like a friend than receptionist. Will definatly go back.

All the staff members were very friendly and the location was very close to major beaches and restaurants. Swimming pools amd sauna seemed to be very well maintained. I would love to come back to this hotel when I visit Mallorca again in yhe future.

Beautiful property and location in Alcúdia. Can get a little noisy during the day given, its proximity to the town center, but inside your room with the door close and the air conditioning on it was a retreat! And I wasn’t planning to spend five star money for a solo trip, but it was totally worth it. My huge one bedroom suite with a rooftop Jacuzzi overlooking the Port of Alcúdia (Mediterranean Sea) was a highlight of my European tour! The staff was amazing, food and drink abundant, and pool and spa offerings were indulgent treats. Perfect couples — or solo! — getaway destination and home base for exploring the island. Get the rooftop suite and a rental car!
