Chambre récemment rénovée de toute beauté Le seul bémol; le personnel en salle à manger, soit vous avez de la chance au dîner et vous êtes servis par le meilleur serveur qui soit, soit vous tomber sur un individu qui agit comme un robot qui n’a pas l’option sourire en force ou une espèce de Matrone au déjeuner qui court tout le temps!!! Un aspect qui est franchement inacceptable dans ce genre d’établissement.

The hotel was excellent, with great restaurants and lovely bars. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Hopefully we’ll be back.

Perfect luxurious hotel. Friendly staff. Beautiful views of the beach and in an easily walkable location on the promenade.

Disappointing Old decor Average, expensive breakfast Not sure how it got its stars

I liked beautiful toiletries, soft towels, big room and of course our room had a sea view. Staff was great, easy valet parking, breakfast area is beautiful. I would recommend this hotel

5 star dreaming. How this hotel was accredited with 5 stars is beyond comprehension. Some of the staff are totally disinterested in offering an acceptable level of customer service. Unfortunately I risked lunch in the bar area. The salad was part frozen. Who freezes tomato? Book at your peril.

A lovely last night in Brittany staying at a fab hotel a lovely room with a view and great service.

The room had a very unpleasant smell, as if the carpet had never been washed. Very small shower. Breakfast was awful, cold, unappetizing scrambled eggs that took a very long time to arrive. None of the waiters in the restaurant spoke English, is this really the standard for a Grand Hotel? The situation was saved by a very polite employee from the reception and a beautiful view.

Nice room if you get the renovated one.

A bit of a maze and quite a few extras.

Loved that it was on the beach and close to old St. Malo area.

Good aqua-tonic spa but let down by the unhelpful staff. The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean.

Staff was wonderful, the room was roomy, the bed comfy and the bathroom well appointed with toiletries, a plush robe and slippers. Beautiful views of the ocean and a very nice (if busy) spa.

Wonderful hotel, location perfect, relaxing and calm, staff lovely, pet friendly amazing.

All fine, however, no "spa bag" in the room for those who do not have a special treatment plan would be very helpful
