Nice hotel. Not luxury but good beds, beautiful pool/hot tub area. Friendly staff

Room smelled like an ashtray...disgusting! Carpets were decades old and soiled heavily. Never stay there again!

very run down hotel, there are many more in medicine Hat for around the same price. Do not stay here. The place looks like an old motel from 1960. Very run down

The building has some age on it, could use a bit of a refurbish. The rooms were really nice, the one we were in had been redone. Very clean and quiet.

Hotel is great for the price. It’s under Reno’s and a lil older but a really nice stay for what they charge. My sons loved the Hot Tub and Steam Room. Breakfast was great. Staff when checking in were very nice and put us right by the pool area!

Had a room with a kitchenette but no dishes, cutlery or cooking utensils. There were ants all over the floor. We had to steal towels from the cleaners cart for the pool. But other than that it was ok.

Could use an upgrade. Would not stay there again.

The hotel is showing its age but rooms are clean breakfast good staff excellent. It’s not five star but good enough for overnight stay.

Upon checking in the room looked clean but upon closer inspection noticed what looked like blood smear on the door and bathroom wall above the toilet paper holder. Sat on the couch and had the arm piece flop down.Later on we noticed there were tiny ants crawling everywhere on the floor. We ended up putting all suitcases up on the desk to avoid having them crawling in our bags.We ended up checking out at 5 a.m.

Overall it wasn’t bad except for the door key was cancelled before check out which was a. Inconvenience

Had a great stay from checkin to check out. Interesting layout with pool area open in middle of property.

We had ants in our room and they got in our luggage and traveled back home with us.. not happy about that

Very dirty room and hallways. Breakfast was ok, not a great selection.

No glass or plastic drinking glasses. No towel bars. Breakfast not appealing.

The shower wasn’t clean, there was hair in the tub. Shower water wouldn’t get warm. Seen bugs. Bed was uncomfortable.

Our room was an absolute disappointment. The photos show tastefully renovated rooms, clean and good amenities. Our room has had zero updates, very dirty, stained carpet, a tiny tv with deep gouged scratching, making the picture hard to see, cube sized fridge and very smal old microwave. If I had seen a photo of the room we received u would have NEVER considered booking this property. They were unwilling to move our room when asked. In addition the lights from the pool area were on and bright all night, and we did not have adequate window covering to keep the light out. The towels were tiny and scratchy to use. Finally when I went to check out at the end of the weekend, the hotel charged me more than th le fees on hotels.com. I am absolutely disgusted with our experience here

The front desk staff, not particularily polite when I checked in. Didn't provide much information, had to try and figure out stuff ourselves. Biggest concern ... NO snow removal on exterior stairs, making for a very unsafe situation. Bed very firm ...tap was very loose in room. Breafast ( scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns ) cold.

We were double charged two room deposits, which held up money on our credit card therefore limiting the funds we had for our weekend. as of 3 hours past check out only one deposit has been credited back to our card.
