Excellent property. Location was central, parking was safe and easy, hotel staff were warm, welcoming and happy to help with all requests. Breakfast was very worth the extra cost. Best baguettes we had over the 2 weeks we were in France.

The management and staff were friendly and efficient plus assisted when required.

Relatively cheap. Great location for champagne houses. Free parking. Not great rooms and paper thin walls but you get what you pay for.

The staff was really friendly and very helpful, gave us lots of insights about the area and a few tips on where we should go. One thing to note, mainly if you go in the summer is that standard rooms do not have air conditioning and we unfortunately went during the heatwave so needless to say we didn’t have a great night which I will take partial responsibility for as I could investigated more. The main reason behind our disappointment is the early wake up call by the drilling that was happening in the room next to us. Considering we barely slept due to the heat, we were very much looking forward to sleep in as it was a bit cooler in the morning but the intense drilling noise made it absolutely impossible. Other that that, the area was lovely, very close to all the champagne tasting places, and a short walk to the centre.

Two night stay as part of a holiday touring France by car. Hotel very close to the main champagne houses for visits and tastings. Rooms quite small but OK for a short stay. Car park free but was very busy during our stay and not easy to manouevre a large car once full.

The hotel is good for a basic hotel. It’s very clean and in a good location. We didn’t have breakfast or use the lounge/bar area but they looked ok. The rooms are clean and basic but very stark. The lighting is very poor and not at all welcoming. It’s a good stopover hotel if passing though but not somewhere I would want to stay any longer.

A brilliant hotel in a fab location the entire team could not have been more helpful great suggestions for places to taste champagne and to visit. Fabulous location at the end of the Avenue de Champagne quite and comfortable

The owner/managers of this hotel are very welcoming and gave everyone we saw a friendly welcome, assisting with dining reservations, advice on the local area and being very friendly whilst maintaining a discrete presence. They were very accommodating with my request to use a small portion of their fridge and freezer to keep my ice packs and butter cool. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. I definitely want to come back.

Good location and facilities. Park lot is tight but the staff let me park the 9 passenger van in the handicap stall.

Nice little inn that served drinks and food. Walkable to the town. Nice staff that took time to chat. Highly recommend.

Staff really helpful and friendly, room slightly small / no tea or coffee facilities. Breakfast good, location excellent.

Overall an adequate place to stay while in Epernay. Be warned though, the walls are thin.

Walkable distance to Av of Champagne, very convenient, clean room, great and friendly service at reception. Room kind of noisy if you are staying on ground floor, but if you are like me it won’t bother you for long. Great value. Could definitely return.

Amazing location, metres off the fabulous Avenue de Champagne. Nice car park, champagne decorations, fantastic staff. I’ll be back.
