We enjoyed five night at this well situated hotel, right on the main square and within easy walking distance to the beaches and nightlife. Also within walking distance to the train station and main bus stop. Rooms come in very different sizes. Our double room was clean and comfortable with a very good mattress. There is a small refrigerator and a lock box in the room, along with a tv. Maid service was efficient and friendly. The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast is good. The sons of the founder run the hotel and the one I met was attentive and welcoming. The three women at the front desk were all very helpful, and multilingua, with at least English and German among them.

The air conditioner broke a couple of days into our stay. I told the owner and he insisted it was because I didn’t know how to use it instead of calling someone in to fix the problem. When I told him we needed to change rooms he said that if my room wasn’t working, the entire hotel had no ac either… He finally called a technician and found that the unit was indeed in need of repair. Otherwise, great location and easy parking…just not great with customer service.

The staff at Il Nocchiero are very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights in a corner room with wrap around deck which was lovely. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and to restaurants. Breakfast was sumptuous with many options. A big plus was the private parking which made it easy for taking day trips. We had a great experience and would highly recommend!

Parking, well situated 11mins from Pietragrande & Caminia. Boardwalk as well and restaurants. Very clean and kind staff

Our stay was wonderful but the water in the frig should have been told before that it was chargeable not complementary. It was 4 euros a day . Not happy with this

Great location for Soverato centre and beach. Staff very helpful in everything, maybe a renovation of the rooms would make this hotel even better.

Il personale è gentile e molto preparato. Si vede che il direttore/proprietario fa il suo lavoro con passione. La posizione è ottima, a 5 min a piedi dal mare e dalla via pedonale, in più nelle vicinanze è piena di supermercati, gelaterie e ristoranti. La sera la zona è tranquilla e silenziosa. Consiglio questo albergo per un soggiorno a Soverato.

Good hotel close to the beach with good choice of breakfast

Ottima posizione a 5 min dal mare e dal centro, vicino a tanti ristoranti, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona molto tranquilla. La camera è spaziosa e ha un balcone. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale. La colazione in questo momento viene servita al tavolo, prima si sceglie al buffet e poi il cameriere porta tutto. Ci sono opzioni salate e dolci e frutta fresca. Un vantaggio è anche il parcheggio gratuito. Se torniamo a Soverato, soggiorneremo in questo hotel.

Excellent family run hotel. Spotless and with a good restaurant on the premises serving a different menu of local specialties every day. Beach is a five minute walk and parking us available for free close to the hotel. Highly recommended.

Coffee was the worst part of this hotel. Really not drinkable. Buffet breakfast was modest but adequate. Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Bring your own soap, shampoo etc. as there is very little provided and it is of a very basic quality. Otherwise, great location to beach - perhaps 5-10 min walk, depending on how quickly you walk and how hot the weather is. air conditioning a bit on the warm side, but we were reasonably comfortable. Recommended for a comfortable but no-frills accomodation
