The location of the hotel is very strategic, right fiyas Kinsicho station. The room is not too wide, a bit cramped for two suitcases. The room was not cleaned for the 4 days we stayed, with ecogreen reasons. So we have to remove trash and towels in the room. The bedroom is a bit dusty, so I am very annoyed with dust allergies. Ksmar bath is quite clean. Hotel amenities can be picked up in the lobby, but it's a shame they often ask for hair oil to run out. It's also strange that hotels of the Lotte star class have service like this.
