I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The floor had not been vacuumed, with visible hair and dust throughout. The bathroom was in poor condition, with noticeable mold inside the shower area. Additionally, the towels were small and rough, not providing the comfort one would expect. Overall, the room did not meet basic hygiene standards, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues promptly.

Average property. The room was small and the bed was really big. There was no single sofa to sit in. They had a desk chair there was nowhere to sit and rest.

Localização excelente. Pudemos caminhar para vários pontos turísticos e restaurantes além do shopping que fica ao lado do hotel. O pessoal da recepção também foi muito prestativo e falam inglês, o que ajudou muito na comunicação com meu marido.

My husband and I stayed here after flying in to Curitiba late at night. Neither of us speaks Portuguese, but the man at the front desk spoke great English and was very helpful. There was a great breakfast buffet the next morning, and there is also a little garden with benches and a gazebo. It felt great to sit in the sun there and relax after our late-night flight and jet lag. The hotel is attractive, with a dramatic lobby and nice seating. We would stay again!

A very good choice to stay in Joinville! Great localizariam, good service!

Always friendly staff, great breakfast buffet with lots of options, central downtown Joinville location with lots of restaurants close by and attached to a mall for shopping and food court. The staff was extra helpful when the wifi didn’t work in our room so they moved us to another room and checked that it worked before leaving.

Good safe clean hotel. Breakfast was good, central location good value.

The hotel is centrally located and has a direct access to the shopping mall, which can only be accessed by your hotel key card. The rooms are spacious and views decent. Parking was free due to the hotels.com member status, however it is always in the fine print which most hotels themselves don't seem to read, as was the case here. Overall good hotel at a good value

Good clean room and great breakfast

Terrible stay - rooms is different from what I selected upon booking, room service and cleaning was awful (I asked for sheets and made my own bed once), hot water was gone and hotel never warned us, I asked to speak with a manager and was never given the opportunity.
