Bathroom not super clean. Razor cover left on counter and toothpaste on faucet. Room was very clean and hotel is nice.

Pros: Room was large and cold. All employees we encountered were very friendly and nice. Felt safe and was convenient to things that we were doing. CONS: we booked this hotel specifically because there was onsite bar and food, but they were closed the second day so we had to order out drinks and food. First morning, we’re told it would be 45-1 hour wait on breakfast. There was hair on the shower floor and it looked moldy at the bottom. Called down for extra pillows and blankets and told that there weren’t any so we had to sleep 1 adult and 3 kids in a king bed -not comfortable.

Stayed overnight for early am surgery report time.

Room wasn’t clean. Toilet didn’t work and had to change rooms after 1st night.

Didn’t like black desk manager, rude nasty and made me wait with my kids until she fixed breakfast for other guests to check in. Won’t be coming back

Our stay at the Courtyard going to handle it was nice. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Room unclean, bathroom floors sticky with hair all over the floor. Mini Fridge was filthy, roaches in the bathroom. Shower doors old and out dated.

Room 221 smelled musty. Staff told me the musty smell was from a cleaning product they use. I'm not sure why a person in charge would purchase a cleaning product that stinks. It was a turn off and made the room seem dirty. I won't stay at this location again.

Lights did not work in restroom mirror sink. I could not do makeup or my hair. Restroom wasnt the best.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, no extra bedding for pull out sofa, only one set of towels in the bathroom, the glasses and coffee pot were dirty. Everything else was good.

Lovely stay!
