Hotel advised there was a restaurant but there hasn't been since covid! I prepaid for the room and then upon check out was asked to pay again. I advised I had already paid and was told I couldn't leave until I paid. They then realised I had already paid and now want my bank details to get a refund. Why can't they just refund the card?

Good standard hotel accommodation. We stayed two nights on a Northern European family vacation. We had rented a car to visit WWI sites nearby, so this hotel with free parking fit the bill. There is not too much of interest in the immediate area, apart from two good supermarkets right next door. We did not try on-site dining options.

I like the mattresses , the are comfortable

The bedroom had wood lice in it the bathroom was so small my wardrobe at home is bigger the beds were worn out & uncomfortable . Breakfast good beer in bar was putrid

Very conveniently located with easy access to metro and schools nearby. Supermarket next door, plenty of eateries in walking distance.

Very clean, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, good parking. Ideal for one night.

Good overnight stop. Euro-small clean room with great air conditioning. Quiet. Front desk staff friendly and helpful with good English. Did not try the breakfast. Grocery store and fast food across parking lot. Easy parking. Area of town a little run down. Misleading GPS instructions for parking lot wanted me to pass the intersection and take a u turn, this was not necessary. Good value.

Check in was easy, convenient location. Heat pump in the room was welcome addition. Quality of breakfast was good. Only real concert was the elevator, which did not work well at all, and there was inadequate lighting on the stairs.

This place is a gem, if you need clean comfortable air conditioned accommodation this is the place to go cheap clean and quite. Really easy to get to and staff were really helpful. There’s not much around the area I would recommend the unusual BBQ restaurant 5 minutes walk away

The front desk and restaurant staff were great. The cleaning staff is questionable.

Comfortable and clean rooms (our kids had the ajoining linked room). The mattress was a little firm for me but my husband liked it! (Nice to see the use of a mattress protector). In the room there is air conditioning, TV and coffee/tea making facilities along with a bottle of water. The shower room may be a little small but it is a walk-in double shower. Reception staff member was very helpful. Can't fault the hotel from what we saw and very likely we will choose the same place when we revisit local family.

I just wanted to thank the incredible staff on premises. I am an American who doesn’t speak much French and I needed a taxi in the morning to take me to a very important business meeting. There were no cars available. The young man at the reception ( I am sorry I didn’t get his name, but it was on December 12, 2018 - I want him to be recognized) , he printed maps for me and showed me how to use the subway to get to my meeting. Thank you!!!!!

Très correct dans l'ensemble, petit déjeuné agréable. Par contre le chauffage de la SDB était HS. Dommage car la SDB est très agréable.

Accueil toujours aussi agréable et entretien parfait malgré un établissement ... Plus tout jeune Bravo à toute cette équipe !

Tout s'est bien passé, service de bonne qualité, chambre propre et lit confortable.

Dommage que le distributeur de savon soit vide dans la douche ! Et qu’il y ai plus de restaurant !
