Great location and view even in November! Helpful reception staff and a good stay overall. I could even find free parking at about 50m away. However, I was disappointed by how small the room was and the lack of net curtains in a ground floor room. Also, the restaurant staff seemed unwelcoming as I barely obtained their permission to have a drink one evening without dining. There was no bar or another option to have a drink elsewhere in the hotel. Then, they could not manage during breakfast despite having only few guests. Dirty plates on most tables, food not replenished and no clean cups for coffee.

Breakfast was terrible, scrambled eggs cold , no freshly baked rolls, Spanish ham very poor quality. Menu in the restaurant very limited. Waitress in the restaurant was rude and not able to speak English. In the reception was no place to seat at all. Generally hotel is dated and in need of full refurbishment.

This hotel is located in a great beachfront spot, just a bit short of the halfway point between Barcelona and Cartagena Spain. Our room had a perfect view of the beautiful beach in this area and the hotels restaurants were good and reasonably priced.

Wonderful stay at a fabulous hotel with private parking right on the beach, spectacular views, staff are so kind and helpful, beach bar plus a fantastic restaurant - we had dinner there in the evening and it was fantastic (I am a veggie and they catered for me brilliantly) and a lovely breakfast included as well too ... we will definitely come back to stay here again.

Parking is limited, and the smell of cleaning detergent is very strong.

Nice location on the beach, hotel is a bit dated, especially the rooms. Bathroom wasn’t clean, furniture worn. Restaurant food wasn’t pleasant. Breakfast was buffet style, hot food was not put out on a hot plate so just lay there cold. Was glad to check out.

The hotel is right on the beach and many rooms with a sea view balcony. Ours had a hammock on the balcony which was a very nice extra. The hotel has a formal restaurant upstars and a more casual one downstairs. We used the latter since we could bring the dog to its outdoor section. Good food both at lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. We were so happy with it that we did not eat anywhere else during our stay. The beach and the town are both wonderful. Presumably one of the best beach resorts on the Spanish east coast. We will come back.

Absolutely lovely. Booked one night, added a second. Ocean view and crashing waves, hammock on the balcony, great dining, just perfect.

The front desk and cleaning staff did an outstanding job. All very friendly and helpful.

Hotel did not save room requested on ground floor, went to dinner and got treated like second class citizens, asked to sit by window but was told all reserved, along come a party of 4 who say they have no reservation but allowed to take a table by the window, at this point walked out of the restaurant in disgust and will never return to anywhere we are not welcomed as paying guests and equal to all other guests

It was short but the family enjoyed. Nice

A great location right on the beach and close to the town

We had a nice room over looking the sea. The room was very clean and the patio was outstanding for relaxing in the evening.
