For my first time in Bangkok, it was great. The rooms were spacious, and the shopping location was great. One room only fits two people, with extra beds available. Finding food was very easy.

The location is very strategic for shopping around Pratunam. There are many food stalls in front of the hotel and a 7-Eleven is nearby.

The AC is noisy! Can't sleep. The room smells.

Only Wi-Fi and the bathroom is lacking, the shower leaks.

Overall, the hotel is excellent.

We stayed for a week, but even though our laundry was placed in the room, packed, and given a note about cleaning, it wasn't serviced. We had to take it to the front desk. 😂 Everything else was fine.

Never been to another hotel. I always stay at the First House Hotel when I go to Bangkok because the rooms are excellent in every way.

Really enjoyed staying here! The hotel was clean, spacious, and the staff were all very friendly. The room was comfortable and the AC was super cold. Location is honestly the best part, Pratunam is right beside the hotel, and Platinum, Big C, and December are all super close, can literally just walk there easily. It’s also close to public transportation, so going anywhere was really convenient. Finding food around the area was also very easy. Overall had a really good experience staying here, would definitely come back

The hallway and facilities are outdated. We had to walk to the second building for our room. Our room is fine. It's good for the price.
