Friendly hotel staff, very strategic location

Average room, expensive, no hotel facilities, only close to Pratunam & Platinum Plaza shopping center

I was in a group of 28 people.. So 14 rooms.. Each room.. The comments were good.. The water was very strong.. The location was very very interesting

Hotel staff provided minimal information about room rules. Especially regarding fines, which should have been explained more upfront.

Perfect for those who want to shop a lot near Pratunam area. Room was decent and cleaned every day. Many good foods around and 7-Eleven just a few steps away.

I'M SO REFUSED TO COME HERE!!!! The first time I tried it alone, nothing unusual, it was safe. The second booking started to feel strange. I came with a friend, and my friend arrived first, and the deposit suddenly became 3,000,000 because no one else had booked. When I was about to check out, a staff member happened to be upstairs. I wanted to take out the items I wanted to load, but the staff said it was okay, they'd let the cargo person load them upstairs. I was happy, so kind. Suddenly, as we were about to check out, I don't know who the manager was, a man dressed differently from the staff, young, and acting important. He said, "POINT WITH YOUR HAND TO UNLOAD IT YOURSELF. The 25kg we want to load weighs 25kg. Could he have said sorry for the mistake and so on? Maybe the staff could have helped carry it. ABSOLUTELY NOT! He wasn't friendly at all! Secondly, we said there would be cargo coming at 2:00 to pick us up. We were about to leave for the airport. Suddenly, as we were about to leave for the airport, three bellboys yelled at us, telling us not to leave until the cargo team came to pick up our luggage. OH MY GOD! What if we were rushing for a flight? I swear, this is the first time I've been yelled at by a bellboy, telling us not to leave. "While staying at another hotel, you can leave your cargo until late at night. I really regret it. FOLLOW IT! I WILL NEVER GO TO FIRST HOUSE AGAIN. Even though the location is great and lots of people go there, they treat us as they please.

The location is very close to Pratunam Market, not far from Platinum either. The room is quite clean, it's a bit tight, only two people are allowed in one room. Luckily, I booked two rooms for my children too. Overall, it's a good stay here.

The hotel near Pratunam Market, Platinum, December and easy to find food

Overall is good , expecially the receptionist is very helpfull and friendlly. Found some weird and stranger condition at the room during the midnight time..feel very uncomfortable on that time… no choice to finish my 3 days stay on that room…. Room 1118 … this is just my 10cents oppinion , can ignore if you not are not agree.
