Our stay at Southshore Harbor was excellent..the pool area was very nice. The location was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.

Need to improve the breakfast and lunch options. Staff very kind and professional. Hotel is outdated and need to remodeled. Gym is outside of the hotel about 10 minutes walking.

The hotel, staff, and even the guests were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The pool was amazing. My only complaint is it was hot even with the air on. I will definitely come back to enjoy all the amenities I didn’t get to use.

Wonderful stay

It was comfortable, and nice.

Traveling through for a cruise. The staff was ok, the place was in a great location, quiet with good peers staying on site. Clean and nice, but a bit dated. AC was loud and not very cool and showers and vanities need an update. Over all, good and would stay again.

I stayed here for a conference. It was overall a nice hotel, just a bit old. The pillows in a King room were half the size of a King pillow, not even a full Queen size. I ate at the restaurant, Opus, and order Salmon that came with potatoes and broccollini. The brocollini was cold, potatoes were lukewarm, salmon was PIPING hot, so safe to say that the sides were waiting on the Salmon (since I ordered it to be well done). The service at Opus was meh that night, but I did sit at a hightop and the bartender was behind the bar so they have to walk around me to me each time. Staff was overall nice.

Awesome staycation hotel right on the water. Great pool and resort feel. Restaurant onsite was exceptional.

South Shore never disappoints my husband and me. From the pool to the drink and even the food. Everything is just amazing. The employees are very friendly. We love this hidden gem and will continue to come back.

The pool is awesome. Lots of restaurants near by.
