Reanissance Caracas is a modern and confortable hotel. Check in process is really slow mainly de to poor trained clerks. Check out at lobby bar is as slow as at counter's Aside of these situations hotel is moderno and well located. Rooms are clean and confortable. IT offers a good buffet breakfast.

Great location, centric to many good quality restaurants in a safe room. Qualifies for Marroitt points which for me is important. Executive louge on 6th floor is a quiet place where you can have a plesant breakfast and made to order omelets. Fruit offering needs to improve though. Customer service at restaurant is fabulous for dinner. Really care about making sure customer is pleased. Curtains in the room neede repair. Room is on the noisy side as you can hear clearly via connecting door.

Very good overall. My only complaint is the music in the lobby and terrace bar, it was extremely loud. It was impossible to make a phone call while seating in the lobby and very hard to have a conversation over cocktails at the bar that otherwise was very nice.
