Breakfast was disappointing, they have the ssme menu. They only provided coffee or tea, and after staying for more than two weeks, they attempted to relocate you to a different unit.

Overall, an awful experience. The breakfast included with the booking is the same every morning. Beans, eggs, chilaquiles, and ground beef with potatoes! If you stay 5 days, you will eat the same thing every morning. No fresh fruit or vegetables available, no sweet bread, cereal, or juice available! The room is plain and the mattress is old and overall extremely uncomfortable! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also the location is awful no way to walk near by or do anything unless you get an uber!

The breakfast was pretty good. It was fresh everyday. The laundry onsite was a big plus as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could have been a little bit better every morning they served dried up chilaquiles and every time we asked for extra coffee the server would give us a weird look and serve us extra with an attitude, laundry was ok washer and dryer could use an update everything else was good though thanks!

The hotel is okay, however the reservation was for 2 pm we arrive and the room was not ready. The cleaning person didn't show up the next day. The painting is damage all coming out. For some reason water stinks.

We’re staying for 12 days. The property is clean and quiet, all the staff is really helpful and ready to assist with any questions. The location is great, If you are in the area for consulate proceedings. The breakfast is simple not too many options.

Yes everything was great

The staff was very helpful and diligent, specially Bere and Guille at the restaurant, we’re going to miss them. The pool area is nice but the bathrooms lack maintenance most of the time which is sad because it makes you not want to be there much. Overall it’s a nice place to stay for the price. I’d definitely recommend it.
