Good service mind and thoughtful about customer’s need

All facilities are all printed on the web, but maybe for breakfast less. They only provide 2 menus: Japanese and Western only and every day the same, there are no changes. Besides that it&#39;s difficult for me to communicate as a tourist who uses English.

So confused for APA hotel group! but finally I can find it. I stayed there for 3 nights. The room is very small like others but quite old but it's okay.

The location is great, great, and great. Just a few meters from Odori-koen where the Snow Fest was held (it's not by the park but you can actually see the park from the hotel). Good amenities. Some minor chip on the wall and furniture.. Ummmmm...really small room. Our double room's floor space can barely fits 2 suitcases in open condition. Need to pack the suitcases everytime just to give space to get through.

Convenience place to stay in sapporo..easy access to the odori park, street car, and grocery shop. Staff is good and room is clean.

Easy access to main spot in Sapporo near from odori park and susukino

Plus the hotel is close to odori park, sapporo tower, odori station, tram stop (forget the name of the stop), close also to bus stops to and from new chitose airport. Minus his room is too small and cramped, breakfast is not a buffet model, so we fitting check in immediately asked his breakfast want western menu or japanese menu.

(+) Very good location close to the bus stop from the airport and only a 2-minute walk to odori park, there is a large selection of tasty food Japanese style or western style, close to the tram station and MRT Tozai line. (-) The rooms are very small, uncomfortable pillows, early check-in charge is quite expensive, if heading to the JR station 15mnt foot.
