The room is cool . They did hit me with a $250 deposit fee upon checking in. Wasn’t expecting that. Usually only $100 or $150 for deposit. All other listings did have it in the description, should definitely give customers the heads up, luckily I did have it but if I didn’t they wouldn’t have let me check in and then in the policy they don’t do refunds I read somewhere so if I didn’t have it , it’s a possibility I might of not received a refund and even if I did I would of had to call Expedia and probably take a few days to process if I did get a refund. Also it’s $40 for parking. There is decent parking around here so it’s ok but worried if I go out late might lose my parking space.

We spent 3 nights there. We asked for a refrigerator to be sent to our room and we are still waiting. Staff ignored our request. We had nowhere to keep our perishables and they all spoiled.

Booked room with two double beds for 4 nights, beds were lot smaller than my expectation. There breakfast doesn't have much options, I wouldn't recommend to book this hotel with breakfast... it'll be waste of money. There was waffle maker available for only one day, otherwise nothing much in breakfast, it is not Continental breakfast... just a very basic one. Staff is not much helpful, didn't see much customer service overall, no smile or politenes except one or two people. Hot water vanished one morning for good few hours, there is no safe box in the room so keeping your stuff safe is difficult. No drinking water provided. Parking is free for few hours during the day but chargeable in the night.

My issue with the hotel is when booking and reserving my stay, i was hitvwith an additional 250 dollars deposit for damages. That in untenable and illegal. All charges are to be revealed at the time of booking. I will not let this go, even if it means litigation. What if I wasnt prepared or didnt have an additional 250 dollars. Im coming from another state. I certainly would have been stuck. Illegal practice and Im taking this further!

The check in time was 3:00pm and even after arriving at 3:30pm we were told the room still wasn’t ready. We were able to check in until well after 4pm. The parking situation is also not ideal. Very small parking lot.

The Hispanic man at the front was vey rube. I book my room for a night Expedia do not express that I had to pay 100-250 for rental damages. I will never use Expedia.
