Beautiful hotel. I had an amazing trip. The most important thing, this hotel is so peaceful you have the impression you are in an island, alone. I highly recommend it.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service of this Pousada. I booked and paid for 2 rooms for 2 friends, but they put both people in the same room. The hotel did not contact us or apologize for the mistake, nor did they give the money back for the 2nd room. I feel that the owners of this hotel were very dishonest and I still need the money back for the room they didn't provide my friends. And again, I feel that they were disorganized and they could have just called us to figure out a solution, but they didn't. It was clearly in the booking reservation that we had separated 2 rooms. Please be more organized for future guests.

Everything was fine with the staff; they were nice and friendly but the management was very disappointing. I lost the key from the safe box, it was my fault no worries to pay for a key replacement. But when the manager arrived the next day, instead of coming and help us to solve the problem he took his sweet time to have his coffee while we were wasting half of the day waiting for him to provide the spare key. Ps we are in 2022 every hotel and pousada should have a digital safe box. Other than that I definitely recommend anyone to stay at Pousada Pontal da Ferradura. Btw they have very tasty caipirinhas!!!!

The property was spotlessly clean with the most friendly and accommodating staff you could ever wish for.

Nice hotel. The location is good. They don't have front beach, but it is walking distance to a nice beach. The restaurant is Ok, could improve. But they have a free shuttle service (which you have to sign up in advance) to downtown, where you can find plenty of restaurants.

Really comfortable Pousada where they couldn’t do more to help. A little bit further out but fine with Uber to get to town and a short walk from the beautiful (but windy) Ferradura beach.

Spent three days here, very relaxing atmosphere, comfortable rooms and welcoming staff.

This hotel is solidly "ok". Nothing wrong with it, but prices high for fairly basic place. DON'T eat in the restaurant unless you have to. We were the only people one night and it was raining and it took over 40 minutes to have even soda brought to us, and another 20 minutes for dinner. Many substitutions were made on the dinner without telling us, and we suspect they actually ran to the grocery store and pulled together what they could. Location just a bit too far to walk to main area of town, but close to a decent beach. If you book a standard room, ask for one on the second floor as they have high ceilings so feel a bit bigger.

As instalacões são bonitas e bem cuidadas. Piscina grande, limpa e boa hidro aquecida. O quarto é amplo porém sugeriria melhoras na decoração e iluminaçao para deixar o ambiente aconchegante. O café da manhã é básico e satisfatório. A pousada fica bem próxima da parte direita da praia da ferradura.

Pousada excelente,.tudo limpo e arrumado.Localizacao ótima, a menos de 200m da melhor praia de Búzios. Piscina limpissima, possui área de recreação infantil . Café da manhã completo. Com certeza voltarei

A pousada é bem localizada e muito bonita.

Estrutura das áreas comuns da pousada é muito boa, piscina grande (limpam todos os dias), sauna, bar /restaurante. O quarto que ficamos possui cama confortável. O banheiro precisa de reforma. Café da manhã muito bom. Equipe bastante educada e atenciosa. Num geral recomendo!

A equipe de funcionários sempre muito atenciosa e sabedores da política de gestão da Pousada. Excelente opção para viagem em família, com ênfase com crianças menores de 10 anos. No entanto, havia muitos hóspedes sem crianças e que também aproveitavam de toda a infra estrutura da Pousada e que estavam também muito satisfeitos.
