Totally quiet, no sounds from adjacent rooms. Convenient location with our rented car. Full size grocery store and also a pharmacy a block away..

Property was far from train stations but there was public bus service available. This was acceptable except late at night, bus service terminated at 8pm, necessitating a taxi ride to the hotel.

A bit out of the way but close to a good park and transportation.

Close enough to the city if you have a car. Free parking, and a drug store and convenience store nearby. 600 yen for pretty good all-you-can-eat breakfast. A room with a bunk bed is great for two adults to sleep comfortably.

Good place to stop for a night, was very clean and quiet, nice breakfast as well.

I enjoyed the stay but wish i was closer to train.

Room was good, breakfast was good and cheap. Staff was really nice. Overall it was a great and affordable stay.

夜7時頃到着し次の日の朝7時過ぎに出てしまう、たった1日の短い滞在でしたが、ホテルの方々はとても丁寧で親切で居心地が本当に良かったです。ホテルもとても綺麗で快適でした。 駐車場もたくさんあり、近くにコンビニはありませんが、すぐ隣りにドラッグストアや商業施設もあるので便利でした。 また利用したいと思います。

朝食付きかと思ったら、なかった。確かに内容確認の中には朝食付きの表示はなかった。

室内も清潔で良かったです。 素泊まりだったので　次回利用する際は食事もしたいです

金額面からは施設は良かったですが、周囲は暗かった。 夕食は近くのスーパーで済みました。

Very reasonable price. Free parking was good.

It’s rather far from Niigata station that to go there it needed to take a taxi for 3000yen. Ride a Bus it needs 300yen but it was not so often.

とても綺麗でゆっくりと休めた。 徒歩で夜食べに行けるところがなく ちょっと不便な立地でした。
