The floor level when you step out of the bathtub is uneven from the base of the shower, making it tricky to balance when you are stepping out. I’m a reasonably fit person, and I lost my balance, stepping out of the shower and fell face first onto the floor. The inside of my leg was dark purple for days from impact. Later on, I found a stool under the sink which I’m guessing, is to protect people from falling on their face when they get out of the shower, but unfortunately, I only realize this was needed after hurting myself. I can’t imagine that’s up to code.

Simple hotel (light on amenities), very good location. Room was very clean, well styled, and comfortable bed. The bath tub/shower are raised up, so for mobility impaired people might be a challenge. The staff were exceptionally kind and courteous. Truly an outstanding experience.

Great location in London. The discount/drinks at the attached restaurant were a nice enhancement. Clean room with everything needed. Very close to everything we needed, I.e. subway, shopping, cafes.

A quiet enclave directly in Chinatown with very short walks to all the west end theatres. All of the front desk agents are efficient and great.

Room was fine for the 2 nights that we were there. Not sure if liked the shower in the bedroom

The property was nice and convenient to the tube. On Friday night however, the noise from the bar was deafening. Club level music and bass were basically so loud it felt like I was in this club while I was in my room. It went on until 3:00am. No earplugs or earphones could even begin to block out the noise.

Only complaint was the shower bath, difficult and dangerous to enter as it was a high bath to go over, and a metal rail on the floor that ran along tub and in front of sink that irritated your feet in front of sink.

Location is perfect and staff is welcoming and helpful. Only thing was the restaurant adjacent turns into a pub/night club and plays thumping music until 2:30am! Couldn't get any sleep for the night where I had an early flight and badly needed the sleep. Just be mindful of that. Otherwise no complaints.

Great location - easy walk to underground, theatres and other landmark sights in London. Staff very friendly. Room good- not noisy at all despite the heavy foot traffic.

Location was excellent! We stayed in an interior room so it was quiet. You could hear the music from the attached bar but it was not that loud. Room was small, and you had to step up to get into the shower. Not recommended for older or unsteady folks. Front desk staff were excellent!

Very courteous, friendly and professional staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was newly renovated and very clean. Location on the edge of Chinatown was very convenient for the theatres and nightlife. Hotel itself was quiet. Beds very comfortable.

The hotel is in a perfect location in and around Picadilly. I was very pleased with that. Great walking to restaurants, pubs, theater, and shopping. Close to tube access. 5 minute walk to the theater we had tickets to see. Beds were super comfortable and the room was clean and tasteful. The staff was very helpful with any questions or needs. Helped us get a car lined up to take us to the airport at the end of our stay. Would definately stay there again. Thank you for a great stay.
