The street that our GPS told us to turn on is not marked with a street sign so we drove past it the first time. The hotel was clean and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I know it was a budget room but it would have been nice to have a full length mirror by the door so we could make sure everything was ok before we went out to our event. I chose this hotel because the reviews said the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I found the beds to be a bit too firm for my arthritic joints. I had to keep turning from side to side because my hips, knees, shoulder hurt. Free parking was definite a bonus. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Parking was good, staff great. Unfortunately the shower was leaking--spraying into the bathroom despite the curtain. And, you should know there aren't any coffee machines in the rooms(but it is available downstairs

The only complaint i have is that room 104 was in a short hallway that shared the hallway with laundry, gym & cleaning staff, i was awakened throughout the night by almost hourly noise. Otherwise this hotel is beautifully done & a perfect place for travellers!

Awesome place for people who have pets!

On était de passage moi et mon ami de retour d’un match de coupe du monde à Toronto, le motel est très correct pour un lieu de repos. Mais un des deux lits penchait un peu, heureusement on avait eu droit à deux chambres doubles.

Hotel was spotless staff were Pleasant but not helpful. Rooms not welcoming the beds are the worst no closet,no house keeping unless you asked,called to get an iron was told to come down and get it, vending machine not working. Took the money and no product when, told the front desk,just shrugged and guess it’s not working. Creamer for coffee was sour, coffee tasted burnt. 4 of us stayed for 2 nights. Small table 2 chairs, 2 tables plastic cups. No coffee maker in room. No pictures on the wall. Very cold feeling. Will not recommend or stay again.
