The Hotel is good but the room is too cold. Since the first second the AC was turned of for 4 days long and still cold air escapes the ducts. Miss a lamp on the console under the TV. Where is the Christmas atmosphere. No songs no Christmas tree. The Lobby Bar is mostly unstaffed maybe due to the low demand but all is well designed and modern. With a winter jacket to sleep in I will return.

They made my wife feel like a prostitute at the moment of check in. Also had a power outage that lasted 6 hours and they had no backup generator

The worst hotel I have stayed in recent memory. Power outages , no backup generator , poor Air conditioning , and disrespectful staff, they made my wife feel like a sex worker . Definitely not coming back, not even if I’m given a free room.

Good hotel with good location next to simbal mall. Nice clean rooms but the onlything the swimingpool was very cold.

I made a short unexpected trip to Las Piedras Venezuela and found this hotel on Hotels.com I didn't have high expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Although the hotel seems a little expensive in an area where the cost of a meal in a nice restaurant is less than $5, it was worth the price.

Good stay there, if you are in Punto Fijo for business. Several nice restaurants in the shopping mall.

an all round comfortable hotel

Hotel is very new so everything is great. The room was large and came with free wifi. The entire staff is very polite. Delicious breakfast.
