Relatively small, family friendly hotel. Clean. No frills. Excellent hot water. Well located in Las Condes, near metro station.

The shower is not safe to go in and out of. very inconvenient and unsafe. The property needs a facelift. Even after changing rooms and paying additional charges, there's not much improvement, and the cost was much higher. The area was pretty nice and safe

The first room we stayed in was terrible. The shower was very inconvenient. The rumor was very, very small. So we switch into a bedroom, and they charge a lot of extra money. The shower/tub area is very inconvenient to get into and is now very small. I would recommend it;n, however, the tops in io show ticket out. And just a cra shower, much more convenient to get in. Needs a major upgrade and rehaul of their furniture, decor, interiors etc. It's old, dated and unclean. The blankets seem unwashed, the furniture had stains on them. I had to cancel my booking as soon as I checked in and realised the mistake I made. Please find a different hotel to stay, there are plenty in that price range.
