The hotel was great and staff were fantastic

Centrally located, walkable to everything in Kilkenny.

Hotel was perfectly located. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. Great restaurants literally across the street. Free parking was a big bonus.

Close to everything, free parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. We moved from another hotel because AC out and they simply responded with we can give you another fan. A dreaded move became the best hotel in our two week trip to the Emerald Isle!

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Room was large, clean and well appointed with a fantastic king size bed. Breakfast was included and the absolute best we have experienced during our one month trip. My husband was ill and the staff were very helpful. Highly recommend!

Very outdated and the tub was dangerously high to get into. We also expected it to be just outside of main tourist trap from the website, but it is a “town” hotel.

The hotel is being renovated but the staff was great and the rooms were nice enough. Great location, right near the city center.

An ok hotel near everything. Parking lot is a couple blocks away. Not worth the $280 a night, but fine. The restaurant food was exellent

Hotel was very conveniently located in the town centre, we took the bus from the airport which stops a couple of minutes walk away. Unfortunately there was some renovation under way whilst we were there which was noisy at times. Breakfast was good with ample choice.

Our check in was great and appreciated getting into our room early. Really enjoyed our stay.

Sara at the front desk was wonderful. The hotel has a great location.

Clean comfortable room. Staff was helpful and breakfast was really good. WiFi was poor, but not bad enough to spoil the rest of the experience.

Clean quiet middle town

We didn’t eat there. Could get coffee and tea at the bar. Staff was very helpful.

We were greeted in front of the property by Sara, coming off her break, who went above and beyond by helping us park in a tight spot. Every staff member treated us like family.

Great parking and close to all downtown activities
