The place had good activities and food at restaurant's was top tier Erandi with quest experience she was so very helpful and made are stay very pleasant also Calma in quest experience was also very helpful and friendly to me an my wife an the best bartender was Naomi all of these three was five star from day one an truly made my birthday very special an spectacular an i will remember it always an we will definitely be back truly enjoyed myself oh cant forget my guy Freedy from privilege members good guy 😀⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Property needs to be upgraded , why come on vacation to have back pain from extremely uncomfortable bed , horrible small sleeping pillows. Jacuzzi room is a complete lie. Don’t let the pictures fool you jacuzzi is outside in the bushes, not usable smells HORRIBLE. Security watches you like a hawk , felt very restricted not free and friendly . Drinks are horrible watered down and super sweet. The food is the only thing that was really enjoyable. There are options for everyone. Will not be returning

The property was awesome, just a bit too much walking for me. The rooms and infrastructure itself could be updated. The mattresses must be replaced and the hot tubs in the penthouse should be updated as well.

Loved the staff and the amenities, The Mediterranean restaurant and the 24/7 restaurant were God awful, but the Japanese and the seafood place were incredible. Very positive experience overall especially for a first timer. Would go back. The property was a tad bit outdated, but still good.

Only issue was Air Conditioner on roof was malfunctioning (not broken, but, noisy)…this was fixed within a couple of days of being here

The best place to stay at in Riviera Maya. If you stay at a Bahia principe resort, you automatically get access to their other 3 resorts, enjoying more dining and entertainment options than you would at any other resort; and still under the “all inclusive” category. The staff puts a lot of attention to details. For example: I was surprised that because my husband bought some medicine for the stomach at their pharmacy, the staff followed up with us to make sure he was ok, they set up a “bland diet” for him through our stay, in case he wanted to use it; it was truly exceptional service. We will definitely keep coming here in the future.

Our romantic dinner was fantastic. The service we got from Francisco and Stephanie was top notch. They made the evening wonderful and we are so grateful for them

Reception lobby area was beautiful, and staff everywhere were very attentive, helpful and nice. I was driving and I thought property directions were challenging. In addition, I somewhat lucked into a decent parking area that I was able to repeat all three days, but this was not easy due to minimal signage.

One of the worst resorts I have stayed in. The way they treat their guests is beyond bad. No leadership to complain to and refused to share their GM info.
