Enjoyed the location, the apartment was beautiful. A few things were annoying. No power points near a mirror - even in both bathrooms. Makes it very difficult to do you hair (!) Shower pressure was non existent. Lingering smell, noticeable on entry. We seemed to get used to it.

The kitchen was very clean!

Nice view over Marina. One restaurant & two cafe's on site. Can be a little noisy from passing revellers

This is in such a great location, you can easily walk into town without all the hills but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet! Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Pool is great and some cafes/restaurants downstairs too. Highly recommend.

Incredible location

We just stayed for 4 nights as I took my elderly mother away for a week to the warm weather. Michelle at reception was wonderful and took the time to give us all the essential early information to make the best of our stay. Look forward to getting back there!

Great place close to everything and an easy walk.

The boathouse apartments was so comfortable and so clean. Great views. Easy to walk to dinner and easy to get to marine terminal for cruise Whitsundays. Highly recommend to stay here.

Clean, comfy, quiet and well appointed. This property has a great deck to watch boats, or the sunrise. Excellent shopping/eateries within a short walking distance. Perfect proximity to boat tours. Easy check in process, Michelle went out of the way to accommodate our requests. Thank you!

The Boathouse Apartments market their property as "Luxury" apartments. They are far from that! The apartment we received was run down, dirty and in dire need of a refurbishment to meet "Luxury" standards. Even the toilet hadn't been properly cleaned. My wife and I were reluctant to write this review, so emailed the Boathouse Apartments twice regarding our stay and concerns - both emails they completely ignored so hence we are now writing this negative review. We could go into great detail but ultimately don't waste your money staying here. Book early and book somewhere else!
