Ideal location,10 minutes walk into the city centre. Plenty of café and restaurant with a good variety of foods to choose from. Clean good sized room with shower and secure parking.

Fine for a night, well situated

This hotel is well located, in one of the main strips in the town of Niort, and walking distance to the main squares and sights. This hotel is very basic, no frills, but suitable for a stopping through stay. The only issue I had was that we were checking in on a. Sunday. Check in on the site said it wasn't until 3pm. We arrived at about 4.30pm to find that on a Sunday the office doesn't reopen until 7.30pm. We had a fair bit of waiting to do but it was fine. Good value for the money.

Stayed here for 1 night, on my way south. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. My room was in an annex next to the main block. The room met basic needs only. 1 plastic chair, a ledge as a table, no carpet, but the bed was comfortable! The bathroom was basic but clean. Breakfast buffet was adequate. So overall a basic but adequate overnight stay!

Hotel was easy to find and lots of parking available. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pleasant, self service in hotel reception area. Rooms were compact with small en suite bathroom but all clean and well presented. Hotel rated as 2 star, I would agree with 2/3 star. My only issue was that the bed was very hard. Overall happy for the price that we paid.

We stopped off here for one night only. The rooms were very small and the bathroom was split by a thin screen. Walls were paper thin too. However, the staff the room was modern and clean and for the price we paid - you can't complain.

Système de chauffage inefficace par grand froid : même poussé à fond, c’est de l’air à peine tiède, voir froid, qui sort du ventilo-convecteur. Heureusement qu’il y a un sèche-serviette efficace dans la salle d’eau.

Le lit était confortable et la TV grande mais la salle d'eau assez petite. Globalement un hotel un peu vétuste. Néanmoins le plus le parking gratuit.

Le personnel était très serviable. - la chambre était froide à notre arrivée. - elle était propre mais paraissait vétuste J’ai eu une bien meilleure expérience à l’hôtel Brit à Troyes c’est pourquoi j’avais choisi cet hôtel qui m’a profondément déçue

Les chambres ont été refaites récemment. J'aime beaucoup les rideaux électriques, le lit est confortable. Calme et proche du centre ville. Le parking gratuit est un excellent point. Très bon rapport qualité / prix !
