Great hotel for pilgrimage

Beautiful hotel, much nicer than the photos. Lovely big lounge bar. Well priced restaurant. Every where is spotless clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Very nice young man at reception who was from Liverpool, could not have been more helpful. The hotel is only 3 minscwalk from entrancevto Cathedral and grotto. Many bars, shops and restaurants aurrounding hotel. Excellent underground car park with elevatorvto all floors of hotel. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable

Hotel is in perfect location to the grotto and church.

I didn’t find anything remarkable about this hotel, which is clearly in need for some remodeling. Staff was unremarkable as well. Still, it may be difficult to find better in town.

Lovely hotel, short walk from the centre. Had dinner and breakfast, food was great, with lovely local Pyrenees vin rouge. Highly recommeded.

We had a very pleasant stay at Eliseo. The property is very close to the sanctuary. It seemed renovated, compared to others. The beds were comfortable. We chose to park in their parking garage for a fee. It was convenient and felt safe. We will be back.

The property is really close to the Basilica entrance, even with me pushing a wheelchair it was easy. Staff at the reception especially during the day time is helpful. Gil from the restaurant was also friendly and helpful.

Great help from Severina, such a lovely person w/ a great personality. She & Daniel helped us get a more reasonable price for our transport going back to Pau airport.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was very poor, the room was just Ok, nothing impressive and the linens look old. The mattress was vey uncomfortable

Nice hotel

I had am amazing time at the Eliséo Hotel. The staff were fantástic and the facilites in great shape.

Clean and decent hotel. Located in peaceful and quiet surroundings. Majestic views of nature.

Location is excellent. Lots of walkable restaurants, very near to the Lourdes Sanctuary. Staff are great, courteous, always ready to help.

Nice play to stay

Great location and easy access to all tourist areas. Rooms are modern and well appointed and the parking was very easy. Highly recommend this property
