It was great.

Nice hotel with very poor customer service. Front desk ladies are not welcoming. Location- You have to go a little uphill-not very accessible. There are 4 star hotels around the area worth checking.

Considering it was 4 star hotel I did not have fridge in my room every thing else was excellentv

The room was clean and generally functional for what was needed in our short trip. Happy with staffing.

As a solo traveller - excellent breakfast. Make sure you have a room away from the street - noisy early mornings.

The Hotel and staff exceeded all our expectations. Our stay there was the perfect way to enjoy the sanctuary and the town. 10/10

The bathroom was not senior citizen friendly. I needed a stool to climb in. The breakfast was very good though.

Staff are very pleasant. The room was spotless. The breakfast had many varieties and was plentiful. The building is modern and well decorated. It is a 5 min walk to the Grotto and the church. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The only downside is that we asked for a taxi to Lourdes airport and it was 50 Euro. That was more than the ticket I paid for my flight! That's a rip off!!!

Kind and warm staff.

This hotel is clean, beautiful lobby. Very close(1block) to the sanctuary . Many stores nearby. We ate in their hotel restaurant and food is great and price is reasonable. Hotel rooms are spacious. Recommend this place👍👍👍

Poor restaurant. The hotels in Lourdes really need to be better run. They generally suck. Atout France really needs to regulate them better. They just do whatever and give overall poor service to unknowing pilgrims
