Definitely will go back to this hotel I little pricey but it’s worth it not to long I stay in a different hotel i I regret it

The hotel is a "designer" style, modern, clrean, well equipped and maintained. The staff wonderful, helpful and nice. The surroundings is for party people, the park is front is very noisy all night and full of all kind of hardcore party services .. if you look for party it is perfect, for a calm stay better choose another location.

This place was fantastic. Location walkable to all the restaurants, bars, shopping. Staff super friendly with easy check in. Had a top floor large room. Stocked fridge. Great view of Medellin. Free breakfast outstanding. Fruit, pastries, eggs, banana pancakes all made to order. Rooftop pool bar fun also. Highly recommend!

The staff are awesome. I remember Camilo. He rock it. I ask him how to reach a restaurant and literally he walks with us about two blocks to show us the restaurant. It's the first time I have that kind of experience going beyond.

spent extra money on a hot tub suite that didn't work

The breakfast was a set menu however had many options . They offered courtesy fruits and breads prior to our food arriving which was a plus . The room was spacious , clean with any amenities you would want from snacks , to drinks alcoholic or not . The gym is probably hands down one of the best gyms in a hotel . The rooftop bar is also real nice . Lastly and not least , customer service was great . Will definitely come here and stay again .

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and of good quality. The room was spacious, with a great view, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. Unfortunately, the Envy Rooftop experience was disappointing. The New Year’s Eve party was poorly managed: there was not enough staff for the number of guests, dinner was served cold, drinks were not available despite being advertised as an open bar, and the music did not feel festive. Overall, it was overpriced for the level of service provided.
