I’ve stayed here many times and always given a 5 star rating. This time however, only 4 stars. Everything about this hotel was superb, apart from the breakfast. It used to be outstanding, but this time it was noticeably lower in standard, with less choice and lower quality food on offer. Some serious cost-savings clearly visible. A shame.

Very cosy atmosphere

Paid for breakfast for two days but realized later that we would not be able to eat breakfast on day 2. Tried to get a refund but was informed that they will credit me the parking but it was less than breakfast and they would not reimburse the difference.

Quiet, spotless room. Complimentary coffee and mini croissants plus a free SBahn ticket to the airport

Friendly staff, very convenient for S-Bahn and airport, nice drink selection at the bar and pleasant outside space.

Your front office staff were not helpful and Infact rude when asked for a request More ice as the bar was closed, laundry facility use Questioned why I must use in two days? Traveling 12 days wanted to wash some clothes didn’t feel I should have to explain anything to her NIHEL Horrible. Staff in dinning area for break Mikaela, Christian and max in the bar went above and beyond to help in anyway. Hotel was nice but felt unless there for a conference Not catered too

Good hotel close to Stuttgart airport via the underground/metro. Hotel is well designed near the train station, modern with a restaurant attached, although it was closed when I arrived. I used the self serve check in facilities which were ideal and got a lovely spacious room. Room was clean and shower was great! Got a good night sleep! Would recommend other than a few odd stains that house keeping could have dealt with but for the time I needed the room it was ideal. Hotel staff were friendly, polite and made the language barrier no issue.

A superb hotel, adjacent to Stuttgart airport, but always quiet. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Five out of five stars.

This property is on the S2 line to the airport and downtown Stuttgart. Great location with food options within walking distance.

Nice and clean. Attentive staff. Overall very nice. But Rooms were warm, air conditioning made them cool but not cool enough for duvet. Would be helpful to just have a sheet as an option for top cover. Pillows too soft.

Great modern hotel in good location and very quiet. Self service check-in was good though staff are there to help if needed. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious.
