I just woke up around 7 am the housekeeper just walked in to my room with her key to unlock the door without even knocking I stood in my room undressed she said oh excuse me! I’m like excuse you what the hell were you thinking entering my room without knocking on the door first. ? Ive stayed in plenty of hotels this is the time I’d ever experience this one before

Very small room service was okay

It’s just blah. Nice exterior but interior is lacking. Breakfast was just ok. Parking area is safe. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We always stay at Uno. It is reasonable priced and comfortable.

Both eployees at the front desk just ignore you and when you ask to be helped, they give you attitude. Will never stay again.

Moderno, con estilo. Las recámaras estaban limpias, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, bastante silencioso, muy buena pantalla de TV, con buena programación. Estacionamiento seguro y muy rico el desayuno.
