Not a great location, very limited amenities and not walkable to other services.

Very comprehensive menu and good food, beautiful views, easy parking on premises.

Excellent parking, bed was good, room was clean. Nothing to do with hotel but if you enjoy walking from hotel into towns, at the start a busy road to cross. After that, easy. Overall very pleased with hotel.

Nice stay for one night, but rooms had an odor?

The views were really nice. The stuff was a really pleasant and helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Lack of water in the rooms no refrigerator . Bathroom ceiling, moldy, moldy.

We stayed for one night in transit between destinations. The waitress at dinner was welcoming and provided great service, but all other staff we encountered were indifferent to our presence. The hotel seemed to cater only to a large tour group there that night, and our room was dated and uncomfortable. We won’t be returning.

We had a slight problem with our room - the problem was literally dealt with in a couple of minutes and we were upgraded to a suite Fantastic customer service!!

Great view, breakfast and parking. Requested king or queen, and was given two double beds.

No water bottles in room. Breakfast was ok. No pastries.

Very cozy and clean apartment. Stairs are steep, but manageable.

I like the location of this hotel

It was ok, not more, not less.

I got the room with the bonus day. We arrived late at night and as a surprise were upgraded to a corner suite with wraparound balcony!! Great free breakfast in a salon with a wonderful view of the old town. Took the hotel free shuttle to the lower part of old town. Back with the last shuttle by 9 30 pm. Great friendly service and superb accomodations.

Convenient, comfortable, nice staff, free parking. Bathrooms need updating

It is not what they advertise, the hotel is very dated and needs much upgrade. Washroom hot water did not work initially had to run it over 20 mins and then it started flowing

Friendly staff, large parking lot available in front of the hotel. Perfect location if you have a car.

Stayed one night in this hotel with my husband and small daughter. The hotel really could use an update. I am sure that the staff is doing their best, but the room could have been cleaner. Also the soundproofing could use an update.. The breakfast was ok, but nothing out of ordinary. Pastel de natas would be a nice addition ;)
