Great Clean Suite very spacious room. Groceries and restuarants nearby were good and busy with locals. Staff was helpful they are on site for limited hours but available via text or whatsapp. Free laundry service on site (Self serve) washer and dryer worked great

The suites was a great place to stay around Rome. It's a bit far from the general tourist items on foot but is easy to find some public transport (trams, buses, and regional trains). It is a bit of a ways with lots of luggage given the options but definitely worth for long stays as there is great food and connections around. Room was clean and roomy any definitely allowed us to settle in well - aircon was amazing esp. for this weather! The staff were really helpful and even allowed us to stay in the same room despite having two different consecutive bookings. Having the basement laundry (free with all included) and racks to support drying was a godsend especially for a summer trip! Thanks again this was a great stay in Rome!

Hotel was very nice. Close to Tram and Bus stations. Hotel gets cleaned daily. Reception is easy to contact for any needs.

Located next to the airport railway station which is an advantage to travellers departing/ arriving Rome. The facilities are a bit old and a bit dusty. The air-cons didn’t work at all. Staff just told us to open the window instead, while the noise from street, the nearby restaurants and traffic are the big issue to us as we were assigned to the 2nd floor

Disappointing Experience – Misleading Information and Poor Communication While the hotel itself was clean and offered free access to laundry facilities, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues that future guests should be aware of. First, the check-in staff were not present at the entrance during the hours stated on their website and pamphlet. They encourage guests to contact them via WhatsApp, but not all staff members were actually on the app, and responses were slow or nonexistent. Our room had a door that didn’t lock properly, and the walls were paper-thin—you could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. There were also contradictory claims from the staff. The hotel advertises a breakfast restaurant, but when we arrived, we were told our booking didn’t include breakfast—something we were never informed of beforehand. When we followed up, another staff member claimed they don’t have space for a restaurant at all, even though there was a clearly labeled restaurant right next to the hotel. Lastly, the gym is not free, contrary to what their advertising implies. This, along with the other inconsistencies, created a sense of dishonesty that really soured our stay. If transparency and reliability matter to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Great hotel! Close to all main locations. Big room and bed really comfortable. Hotel had a PIN to open the doors so I felt really safe. Had the room cleaned everyday and everything was spot on. Would definitely come back!

Very basic, the pictures really makes the property look fabulous. Kudos to the photographer. If you don’t need much from a hotel. This is your place. No one was ever at check in and the gym. Come on, we are on vacation. When you say we have access to a gym and get there only to have uber restrictions is a joke. They have silly hours and you have to pay extra to use an actual gym. Other wise you have access to a stretching area and out dated weights and that’s all. The plates weren’t even on a rack. So if you did use it, well I guess there’s your workout, picking the plates off the floor! Oh, I didn’t even see a bench!!! I walked out pissed off!!! I’d go some where else.

Very nice room, super clean and helpful staff, the location was also very good. We highly recommend this place for your stay in Rome!

Check-in was supposed to be from 2-8pm. I arrived at 4:45 and found papers outside the door with guests’ names on them with the access code for the front door. Once inside, there were envelopes with names and room numbers written on the outside and a key inside. Instructions to come to reception the next morning starting at 8am to complete the registration process. We’d be gone by then, as we had an early flight. I tried texting per the instructions left with the key in case there were questions, but no response. Although on the 5th floor, the slider to the balcony didn’t lock and there’s and extra door in the room, which I couldn’t open (maybe for a connecting room?) Mold in the corners of the shower. No place to hang a wet towel in the bathroom, nothing next to the bed on one side where you might be able to set a water bottle, phone or earplugs. You need earplugs for the backup beepers apparently associated with construction equipment working nearby. Never figured out where that was, but we heard it a lot. Really glad my husband was along & I wasn’t at this one by myself. Gave 2 stars because the bed was suitable, we got to the room, did shower and sleep, so we got the basics, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

We enjoyed our 1-night stay. Short walk to train station to go into Rome, and to cafes and restaurants serving authentic Italian food. Cozy apartment with mini kitchen, kitchen table and large balcony with seating. Would be a good home base to explore Rome for a few days or longer.

Convenient location for public transit. Bring your earplugs, that is the only way you will get a soundproof room, you can ear the neighbors and there is a constant hum coming from some industrial plant in the neighborhood even with windows closed. Unfinished gypsum work on bathroom ceiling and peeling paint off wall above shower tiles. Shower door needs repair and entire shower stall has a bad smell. Bathroom fan not working. Not worth what we paid for, I would not stay again.

The front desk was very helpful and got me into a room at 10am when I arrived (despite the 3pm check-in time). Highly recommend!
