Safe and great breakfast at their new hotel around the corner from apartment building.

Great stay with safe and beautiful area. The buffet breakfast was awesome too.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We traveled with two other couples. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Our room (201) needed serious updating and fixing. The toilet ran all the time and could not be stopped. We barely had enough hot water for one quick shower let alone two. The couch was horrible there was no cushion you had to have help getting out of it. The balcony was nice but no furniture out there so it did no good. The hotel said they had laundry facilities (which is why we choose it - they did not). Our friend's rooms did not have these issues and one even had a washer in it so we all used that one. The bed was comfortable.

Good value for the price we paid. Location in good neighborhood.

Love this hotel chain. We have stayed at a few of their different hotels in this area. It’s centrally locates, very clean, quiet neighborhood, and an awesome staff.

I would not recommend making a reservation. I made a reservation for a small apartment with a kitchenette. We were moved to a different building and it was strictly a room - no kitchenette. No one asked me if I wanted to be moved or explained why. We were there to visit family in a difficult time and I did not need to expend energy on the hotel. But I would not go back - we did not get what we made a reservation for and that's unacceptable!

Excelente atención del personal, muy buena ubicación. El Apart tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía . Es Cómodo y bastante silencioso. Buena relación precio calidad. Debe mejorar el wifi.

Eramos 3 personas en viaje de negocios y decidimos por la opcion del apartamento. 2 dormitorios, uno con cama matrimonial y baño en suite y otro con 2 camas. Muy comodo, cocina completa. Excelente ubicacion en Las Condes.

El detalle es que el estacionamiento esta en otro edificio

Cuando contrate el servicio me mencionaron que el mismo incluye desayuno pero no menciona que para tomar el mismo debo ir a otro establecimiento que queda a una cuadra de donde me hospedo. Por otro lado el departamento que me toco no esta en buen estado sobre todo el baño que tenia ceramicos y azulejos rotos, una noche me corte la pierna mientras me bañaba. Hace mencion a un sofa cama, el cual no se puede dormir porque no es mullido el colchon. No recomiendo este lugar. Deje un reclamo por escrito de todo lo sucedido.
