It’s okay

Todo no tienen plancha y hay q andarla pidiendo con una identificación,algún personal muy descortés de 2 elevadores solo sirve 1 y para terminar está en construcción y por la tarde no puedes descansar…… es terrible servicio.

The room was fairly clean, I am the type of person who cleans with bleach and disinfects things and when I cleaned the shower to my surprise it was very clean! I wiped the floor with Clorox wipes and I barely got anything on the wipe! I cleaned the counters and same thing! The staff was so so nice the young ladies at the front were so kind and also a gentleman with glasses. We stayed there for over 10 days and everytime they would see us they treated us very kind. I would definitely recommend and if we get the chance to go back to Juarez we will be staying here!

Lo más la tele no había mucho variedad y la imagen no estaba muy buena pero el hotel muy moderno y el personal muy atento

Only 2-3 staff were really nice the rest were type rude. Only positive things was that the hotel was close to the American consulate.

The room was in good condition

Breakfast was really good, and the morning staff were excellent. One young lady in particular stood out—she was very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. She consistently provided great customer service, greeting us each time we passed by and making sure everything was going well. The air conditioning was also very good, which made our stay even more comfortable

Rooms were tiny, and the “double beds” were smaller than a full. The room only consisted of the beds, and a hanging shelf where you could also hang your clothes, tv mounted on the wall and barely any space to walk around. If you’re going to be staying more than 1 day reconsider. No ice machine, breakfast was an extra charge, no mini-fridge. Laundry services means it’s sent out for dry cleaning per piece. Very close to consulate appointments but is basically just an overpriced room compared to other hotels in the area.

Un buen lugar para estar no es muy elegante pero es funcional tiene todo lo que se necesita y El restaurant La nueva Central esta muy bien y muy rica comida y esta a unos pasos de el hotel lugar seguro y enfrente de el consulado americano Gracias a Dios le aprovaron su residencia a mi hermana y es hr de regresar a casa...

Everything was just perfect

The property does not have the following, Gym, Safety box, Iron, rooms are very small.

Mucho ruido. Ya que está en construcción. El baño de la recepción Pésimo. En limpieza. Y huele. Mal. Y las habitaciones. Muy chiquitas. De cama. A cama. Tienes. Que ir de lado. Ya que está sumamente chico

The hotel is under construction, which means no restaurant, no lounge. If you paid for the breakfast, you can get 3 types of eggs and some add on items. Food is good but eating same type of eggs every morning gets old. For lunch or dinner you can get burgers and fries. But you can’t order just fries. Or at least we were told that by the night front desk lady. We ended up in 4 different rooms for our 3 week stay. 1st room was nice, bathroom sink leaked in floor. After about a week we asked to be moved because room was smelling moldy. 2nd room was nice, but toilet leaked, maintenance couldn’t fix it so we had to move again. 3rd room was disgusting. The mattress had Velcro to hold the mattress pad on, it was covered in hair. I refused to stay in that room. 4th room was newly updated and very nice. Construction is loud, rooms are not sound proof. No safe in room. Laundry service is provided but expensive. We did not use it. Maids do not actually clean, they sweep floor and use mop water from room to room. Make beds. Shower was never cleaned. If we had gotten the last room first, probably would be a better review. Isabel at front desk was amazing. Tv is splotchy so we used our own Netflix to watch movies. It is close to all of our appointments we had.

They were remodeling so at 9am there was bang bang noise otherwise 3 star hotel

No laundry room, place was on construction, internet never worked for me and there was a bad sewage smell every time I use the water on the sink I had to switch to another hotel.
