Never said they were under construction. The food service was always forgetting something. Food wasn’t great. And the front desk was no help for anything. WiFi connection was poor. No lobby to lounge. Only bright spot was the room cleaning services

The hotel is in a good location for everything we needed to do at the consulate. However, when we booked, no one informed us that the hotel was under construction. I think guests should be notified about that before booking. The hotel also does not have refrigerators in the rooms. I believe every hotel should at least provide a small fridge, especially for guests staying for longer periods. There is also no laundromat available, and only one elevator was working, which made it take forever to get to our room. My recommendation is to call ahead and confirm that the hotel has all the amenities you need. We ended up moving to another hotel nearby that offered these amenities. Most people staying in this area are there for at least two weeks, so at minimum the hotel should provide a small fridge and laundry facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which was the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms were also very small.

I have never left a bad review before, but unfortunately this experience was disappointing. The front desk phone was not working, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. The bathroom was not clean, with hair throughout the shower. Guests should also be aware that hand towels and washcloths are not provided. My room did not have an iron or ironing board. When I needed an iron, I had to go to the front desk to request one, then return a second time because I was told I needed to leave an ID as collateral. This policy should have been explained at check-in. Later, when I returned the iron while rushing to an appointment, the receptionist responded with an attitude and said, “You’re welcome,” which came across as unprofessional. To add to the frustration, the complimentary Wi-Fi was not working during my stay. The property is currently under construction, which may explain some of the issues, and I hope management addresses them soon. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my stay and am glad I did not book an additional night. I understand that not every stay will be perfect, but basic cleanliness, working amenities, and professional customer service should be expected.

Todo bien solo que estaba en remodelación

En primer lugar el hotel está en remodelación, deberían de notificarlo antes de reservar,el personal en recepción debería ser más comprensible e informativo , los servicios al cliente pésimo y precios en comidas elevados

The air conditioning even though it was set at 60 stayed consistent at 80 degrees so my family and I had an extremely uncomfortable night!

The hotel was under renovation, everything was dirty, noisy and only had one elevator working for a while. The "restaurant buffet" was close, yes the employees brought the food to the room, but I felt bad asking for extra stuff, because we paid for the breakfast buffet.

Todo muy bien: Solo me hubiera gustado que nos dijeran que estaba bajo construcción y no tenían abierto el restaurante y bar. Pero si tenían comidas. Y te recomendaban bien cosas por ahí.

Estuvimos dos semanas y todo muy bien los empleados muy amables los empleados que hasen la limpieza muy bien siempre atentos si ocupábamos algo

Great customer service and clean rooms

Su servicio de desayuno buffet estaba solo disponible a la habitación, el hotel estaba en remodelación, algo que en la app no decía, las habitaciones que se nos asignaron estuvieron bien

I recommend a place is good

Muy mal servicio cuando pedias comida te la llevavan Fria parte de que se tardaban 1 hora no te llevavan lo que pedias. Aparte compras el bufett y no puedes comer a llenar porque solo te dan opcion a 2 huevos y complementos. Ni de gratis volveria a ese hotel. La Limpieza Pesima no trapiaban y no lavavan los baños bien aparte de que tenian hongo en el baño. Cuarto súper chico a modo que tenían que pegar las camas para poder caber y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba sufrimos de calor 3 días,asta que nos dieron otro cuarto que no tuvo mucho cambio no enfrían los aires. Aparte que los encargados de cocina te mandaban recados con los que llevaban la comida que no podía pedir muchos huevos eso se me hace una falta de respeto.
