The Hotel is beautiful inside and outside. I like the central location of the hotel which made it easier to walk everywhere. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Large rooms and very friendly staff; unfortunately lots of construction work taking place in front of the hotel to extend the subway line but rooms are soundproof.

Excellent service, location

The hotel has very good location, i bought a view that was no possible due to a major construction a cross the street of the hotel, expedia or the jotel did not advise or reduce the price of the room with that view, the staff is very nice, concierservices make a difference going betond to make your stay nice

The hotel itself was beautiful, the foyer, the bar and the bedrooms were very comfortable and well kept but the restaurant was not 5 star rated at all !!!!!! The meal we had on our first night was mediocre, but the breakfast the following morning was absolutely awful ! I ordered porridge and it was brought to me half cooked and my husband ordered poached eggs that came cold and when he asked for them to be redone they brought them back raw ??!!??!! I don’t normally complain about these things but when you pay 5star prices you expect decent food ! Needless to say they didn’t charge us for breakfast!!!

This is an excellent hotel with great staff and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is located close to the Metro and a 15 minute walk to the main tourist centre. The hotel is in a busy area, so expect traffic noise - but this has been made significantly worse by the work to expand the Metro during the working day. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel!

Incredible location central to walking to most everything. Staff were wonderful. We had a car and valet was great. Rooms were very nice. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel! Large, spacious, beautiful rooms. Our balcony was right on the open square. It was amazing! The bar was awesome and the American bar tender was very nice and helpful. All the staff were wonderful! The very central location was awesome and made the days easy. Such a short walk to the river, churches, the market, everything! Great hotel!

It was only a short overnight stay, but a great choice of hotel. Admittedly a little pricey for around 17 hours, and the only time in the hotel was for sleep. However, it can't be denied that this is a top class hotel, not a budget one. It should be noted that there's currently work going on around the hotel - I think it's to do with a metro extension, BUT it wasn't noticeable from inside. There are 2 metro stations very close by. The hotel is beautiful inside, and the staff were very helpful. No complaints at all.
