Very nice room, good location and wonderful staff. Water in the shower not warm enough..

Best experience was my breakfast. The quality and choices for someone who loves veggie is excellent. It will be better if the hotel provides better lighting everywhere.

We had an amazing time here. Everything was amazing except the church bells going off at 7am and there is no getting around it but it was a lovely stay and easily walkable to all the areas you we wanted to see.

Arrival & reception was best in class. The whole experience was outstanding.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a truly wonderful stay at the Relais & Châteaux Hotel Bülow Palais. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The suite was beautiful, with elegant furnishings and a carpet that was clearly well maintained—nothing felt worn or outdated, which made the space all the more comfortable and inviting. While the hotel itself is gorgeous, what made our stay unforgettable was the staff. They were absolutely top-notch—friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. They remembered us during our stay and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really set this hotel apart and made us feel at home. We also enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant, which was fantastic and an experience we would highly recommend. Although we didn’t get a chance to visit the spa or try the breakfast buffet this time, we look forward to both on our next visit. This is without a doubt a 5-star hotel in every sense. We cannot recommend it enough and will certainly be back!

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Dresden Neustadt, just a short walk from the Altstadt. The room was spacious and quiet, with a luxurious bathroom and elegant style throughout. Parking was easy and reasonably priced right in front of the entrance. Staff were friendly and professional. The only small downside was that the in-room tech felt a bit dated. The TV was old and there were no easy to access power outlets for charging devices. That said, it was still a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Wonderful stay at this luxurious old world hotel. We only had one night in Dresden but wish we’d plan to stay a bit longer. We enjoyed the restaurant and the breakfast as well.

One night stay in Dresden as part of a tour around Germany. A little bit more upmarket than what I'm used to, but was booked with a reward night voucher. Would stay here again if in Dresden, especially if on a discount.

Been in Europe for two months and this is without a doubt, the best hotel experience thus far. If you manage another hotel and happen to read this, you should book a stay there and learn something. I like hotels that treat me like they value my decision to stay there and it has been extremely rare on this trip. Generally, I'm just processed into and out of my room. Anyway, great job Chateaux Bülow Palais!

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. We were greeted with complimentary champagne and shown to our well appointed, exceptionally clean room. Staff was always friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast was amazing - so many choices and everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel is is a charming, safe, walkable neighborhood full of interesting shops and restaurants. A short walk across the bridge takes you to the major museums of Dresden and more shopping and restaurants. After dinner drinks at the hotel bar were great - many cocktails and liquors to choose from and the bartender even remembered our order after the first night. Accomplished pianist played standards on the weekend. If you want to stay in Dresden and feel pampered, choose the Hotel Bülow Palais!
