We weren’t informed about breakfast. Check in was a disaster. Our code for the room didn’t work all the time. Not a great neighborhood.

Everything was lovely . Great food, appetizers and also enjoyed the honor system refrigerator with multiple options . Rooms were quaint and beds are extremely comfortable

I stayed in one of the houses in the back and it was absolutely beautiful. I look forward to returning.

The staff was friendly the room was a little on the small side. The breakfast was great! The location was walking distances to a lot of things.

This hotel/ B&B was originally a boarding house for women.While our room was small we did have a small balcony. The public areas are spacious, love the wide hallways. Parking is available, with easy access. During our stay the car stayed in the lot as the area is very walkable.

The property is an old Victorian property, but it hasn’t been updated like some of the other Napa Valley B&B….. just tired property.

We loved our stay. Very cozy.

We ffelt so welcomed. Brakefas was excellent service and food was just great. We were amazingly surprised by such a cute boutique hotel.

The check-in was.easy.and its like a major.rezprt with.all the amenities availbla.all day. You get full use of all the building. We really enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful pet friendly place with not a single patch of grass for the fur babies. Even the smallest spot would be an improvement. Enjoyed our stay though.

This place is a B&B not a 'hotel.' There is no checkin, or kets (just door codes)That said, it offered the basic comforts similar to staying in your Grandma's guest bedroom. The room is clean. The bed was comfy. Room was small. No sitting or 'walking around space' The bathroom was fine except the shower water pressure was not very good. The towels could also be improved. My rate was above $300 night too which is a little steep. That said: if on a short trip, this place is totally fine if other options are unavailable or priced much higher. The location is a side street just a few minute walk to the heart of town of Napa. Parking is free too which is a plus. There are pitchers of water in the common area with plastic cups. I'd prefer bottled water in the rooms or available to guest in the common area. Also, soft drinks and maybe a few snack items would not be bad either.
