Nice basic hotel with helpful staff

Nice and kind staff to deal with.

The person at the desk was helpful, but didn't understand English.

This hotel surpassed all expectation. 5/5 in all departments. I have friends in a village just outside of Turin and will surely return to Green Hotel on my next trip.

The room is clean & big. The breakfast is quite good & it’s a good hotel to choose with.

The staff here is incredible when it comes to service and helpfulness. I had two issues that they addressed One was my phone service in Italy and the other was my cigarette lighter adapter. Two things out of the hotel norm and they wouldn’t quit till both were resolved. Also, the restaurant is tops. The chef is excellent and the waiter very prompt and helpful when selecting meals.

The hotel was fine, but I didn't realize how far it was from central Turin, and we had a very early train to catch. The service was excellent as was the food in the restaurant.

The hotel needs modernizing as they have in the rooms 'white' cloth covers for the table and side tables, which are stained and not ironed and just look out dated. The rooms that have doors onto the 'terrace' are nice expect you can't leave the door open for air circulation as there is no chain so the doors are either open or closed, so if the aircon in the room is not working (as was the case in my room) the room can be a bit stuffy. The minibar doesn't have much, the terrace has no seating so is not really a terrace but just an extended balcony. Even though the hotel is in need of a face lift the hotel restaurant food is AMAZING, very nice food and highly recommended.

Hotel très vieillisant, les chambres ont grand besoin d'être refaite, tout est daté, la climatisation n'a pas été nettoyer depuis un bon moment, des taches de projection de café sur le mur...
