Excellant place to stay.

Very average hotel

This place is perfect! Reasonable price, good, quiet location (5 mins from city center), easy parking, very helpful and friendly staff, and spacious rooms! It was exactly what we needed for a girls weekend getaway. They even offer spa services like massages while you’re there, at a good price, too. Antony checked us in, showed us our room, and gave us some great recommendations of must do things in the area. It felt like we were family! Will definitely be staying here again!

The facility advertises private pools for suites. This is misleading, there are jetted tubs in the suites, there aren’t any pools in this facility

Loved the local compostable toiletries provided. Great location since we were mainly visiting the geysers and wood art gallery. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we went to eat. It was ready when we got back. We stayed in the honeymoon suite. We used the hot tub which was very relaxing after driving and walking all day. I’d recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A 5 minute drive into the town centre for dinner. We had a lovely jacuzzi bath which we made the most of. The reception team couldn’t have been more helpful.

We really enjoyed the experience during our stay. The staff were very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. The honeymoon suite was great, and we enjoyed using the spa.

Fantastic, Helen the manager was great. Helen went above and beyond our expectation’s Having us feel welcomed even though we arrived later than expected, past regular office hours. The room was clean and spacious and quiet for a good nights sleep. Thank you again Helen for your thoughtfulness.

Stay was great, the accommodation made sure we had great internet and worked with us on a late arrival.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff was incredibly accommodating of us and our needs, especially Antony, who helped us coordinate our late check-in and ensured us a large parking spot for our 12-seater van. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful, and made our trip smooth, comfortable, and personal. The rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the private spas in each room. This was a great stay!

Staff is excellent

Fabulous little place central to everything in Rotorua. Very comfortable rooms and lovely staff. We loved our stay.

We stayed just a night and the rooms were absolutely fine for that. Lighting inside them could have been better, and there were a few mosquitoes

Excellent staff. Drove on Xmas eve to provide us with towels. Other staff also very helpful and friendly. Very happy with the property, location and people taking care of the hotel.
