Great stay! The hotel was comfortable and convenient. It is located beside ARL Station, so it was very easy to get around and visit different places. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.

Very conveniently located - easy access by train straight from the airport.

The staff is quite friendly, when I arrive they almost always open the door to the lobby.

When checking in, they didn't provide any information or recommendations for services. I personally parked my car and didn't know about it, nor did I receive any information or instructions from the registration staff. When I took the car out to run errands, I was charged 100 baht (219 minutes) for scanning. GSA should provide this information at check-in. Customers expect to stay for free, but they don't know they need to get a stamp because they didn't receive the information.

The staff are very good and provide excellent service. They help in every aspect.
