Great and beautiful hotel with spacious and decorated apartments and houses. Best place to enjoy and relax right by the beach. Outstanding in all aspects. Food and beverages quality Attentive staff Will recommend and will return.

The beach was nice but a lot of Roaches in the bedroom the food was horrible be careful

Super nice place

My partner and I had a very lovely stay at Sublime. We were greeted with elegant swan towels and champagne for our honeymoon, a delightful treat. The rooms were spacious and packed with goodies. The property itself is very calm and relaxing, the pool area is large and pitcuresque. Right infront of the beach which was amazing and the resort also provided daily breakfast. The only slight downside was the food. We hoped it be a little better for dinner but breakfast was good. Service at the restuarant/bar is a bit slow but we will definetly be back! Thank you to the lovely Sublime team

We absolutely adored it from the very start to the very end! The staff was fantastic, incredibly friendly to all the family with kids! We even took a tour on horseback to Saltó el Limón, which was the perfect addition! Our child was so happy they didn’t want to leave! Thank you for everything. Esterling was our waitress, and he was amazing, always checking if we needed anything and being so helpful in the morning with breakfast! Everyone was a pleasure to talk to! Thank you again, we’ll definitely be back!

10/10 loved this hotel it’s so quiet and peaceful and would definitely come back !!

“I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my wife’s wedding ring went missing after being left on the bathroom sink in our room. We reported it immediately, but were informed that housekeeping did not find it. While I understand accidents can happen, I am disappointed with how the situation was handled and the lack of resolution or follow-up. Losing a sentimental item like a wedding ring is extremely upsetting. I hope the hotel improves its procedures for handling lost property and guest concerns

Clean room and excellent customer service! I will come again in a heartbeat! The only little down fall is that the food is not the best but there are many restaurants around.

El hotel es precioso que deberían cuidar. La gente de recepción muy amable al recibirte. Lamentablemente decidieron asignarme una habitación con varios desperfectos importantes. el jacuzzi no funcionaba, avisé a la recepción y quedaron de irlo a checar inmediatamente ese día y no lo hicieron. Al otro día tuve una desagradable experiencia al entrar al cuarto de baño, me cayó un chorro de agua del techo por una filtración y no fue algo agradable.

La propiedad se encuentran en un punto intermedio para hacer varias actividades, desplazándose de Santo Domingo

This is a beautiful, quiet, well maintained property. I would say, one of the best in the area. We would stay there again!

This was the best stay we had on the entire Dominican Republic trip, where we stayed in three different properties. The room was very spacious and the layout of the whole property is grand and amazing. You feel good when you walk around and appreciate the attention to details.

The location and resort was beautiful. The pricing and food quality were not in sync. Very small portion, small selection, and quality was not there. We left the resort several nights for dinner and needed to go grocery shopping. Most of us were hungry after eating meals and spending an amount that should not have left us hungry.

The beach is just amazing

The hotel has the potential to be a best in class place. The infrastructure is there but staff should be better trained. There was no water from 3-5 PM in our rooms for 2 days and the person checking us in AT 3:00 should have informed us of that. Instead there is a little note on the table easily missed and we didn’t see until we tried to use the restroom in the room. The restaurant randomly closes on particular days and when I asked why they said they didn’t know. Pretty property and the food at the beach place is good even if expensive.
