Have stayed here several times, so I know the comparison between then and now. The hotel was closed during the pandemic, last checked in 2022 the listing disappeared but reappeared in 2024. It turned out to have just been renovated. I thought it would be better, but when I stayed, the renovation was still ongoing. There were several workers working, the smell of paint in several places, and the AC in the corridor to the elevator was not turned on. What was quite disappointing was the bathroom facilities. The shower did not work properly, the water pressure fluctuated, the hot water came and went, and the shower position was unstable. There used to be a soap and shampoo dispenser, now it is provided via a small tube. There used to be hand soap bars at the sink, now there is none. Little things that matter actually. Despite all, there were also good things about this stay, namely: the room was upgraded from standard to deluxe. The staff is friendly. The cable TV channel facilities are quite complete, there is also a smart TV. The location is walking distance to Terminal 21. The head pillows are quite large and there are 2. The AC is well serviced even in the hot Bangkok weather. Hopefully the facilities can be further improved in the future.

Wonderful! I booked deluxe King Room. Surprisingly the room is very clean and spacious for 2 people with 2 kabin size baggages. It still has enough space to pray (sholat) and tidy up all the souvenirs we bought. They separate between the closet and the shower. It is very close with Terminal 21 and Asok BTS, you just need to walk for about 5 minutes. We can hear the sound from the road but still fine (not too noisy). Even it is quite close with the red district area, the ambience is still quiet and good for night time. However I won't bring my kids if they are below 12yo to stay here.

The location of the hotel turned out to be a small street, invisible from the outside. Slightly maintained and amenities incomplete.

Luckily upgraded to deluxe with the hotel clerk. Oh yes, for those who do not have CC, a deposit of 2000 THB is required. Very strategic location with a mall (terminal 21) and BTS. If you are close to BTS you are guaranteed to have fast and easy access to other locations such as Platinum, MBK, Siam, etc. This Sukhumvit is like Jalan Sudirman in Jakarta. The hotel clerk was happy to give information, even helped talk to the driver grab (the driver grab I ordered could not speak English). Minus: food is less varied. in front of the hotel where the massage (it seems massage is not clear).

Awesome location which is easily accessible to BTS and MRT. Clean and comfort room condition that gives you good night sleep.

Around the location of many massage parlors & spas, it is not suitable to bring children. Breakfast lacking variety.

The hotel is clean and cozy. The staff there are super helpful. The best is the location, 2 mins walk to BTS Asok and Terminal 21. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip.

The hotel is good, the waiters are okay, the door is just right when coming, near the BTS, the road is just a little until the BTS Asoke and terminal 21, the principal is satisfied here, happy just here, recommended 😊

The cleanliness of the rooms is very good and the location is very close to the BTS / MRT station and also close to terminal 21 and other eating places.

It's my third stay and they maintain their service well. Room wise it's not that super clean, but just enough to make you comfortable during your stay. Always replace (or perhaps nicely folded) your old towel daily. They provide basic channel that you might like like warner bross, fox movies premium and E!. AC and water heater works well. Bed was okay, pillow was enough. Location-wise close to Terminal 21, but you have to take the stairs to and through the BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit (next to each other). Just a little bit heads up though, nearby area might not too family-friendly, many women sitting around waiting for their "customers". I spotted two places nearby offer similar service. I feel safe when walking to hotel at 10pm. No need to worry about that. Overall stay: 7.2/10. Will I come back? Sure.

Good service and great location!

The hotel is opposite to karaoke. And the entrance to the hotel has a beer shop If going to rest, it is not recommended because the outside noise is very loud. And then the room doesn't keep sound at all But if going to work, it is near the train and convenient to travel But the hotel does not have room service. Can't order food to eat But if we are lazy, we order it as delivery. As for the bathroom, people are not close to each other. Then have to rest, suggesting that the change is better because the bathroom is opaque glass When doing personal business, you will see shadows from people sitting in the room.

The room booked came to confrim the twin bed. The day came to checkin for the bed to be double and said that if the complain would come to complain to the agent not responsible

The location is very difficult to be found by taxi driver,so they might just dropped you by the alley or near asok station,then you can walk like 3-4 mins to the hotel. But the positive side, ASOK BTS station is very near and Terminal 21 Mall is very near. There's an open PUB with hostess across the hotel, and they will call you if you;re not with a woman, it was so disturbing, if you planned to bring your child to this hotel, I suggest to look for another hotel, this is not a family friendly hotel. The room is okay for the price, but you can easily heard the voice from the other rooms, the walls are too thin. My only main problems with the hotel is the staffs. The staffs barely gave smile nor helpful since we arrived there. No warmth given by the staffs, even I asked the receptionist to help me order a taxi, she refused by saying : " you can go outside and call the taxi there". I was like so angry, but nevermind, the male staff helped me to bring my luggages , I was about to give him some tip, but after he dropped my luggages, he just left and said nothing, then closed the door. I suggest to this hotel owner to give some basic training for the staffs, that's the common basic knowledge for hotel business and your hotel fails to fulfill the basic.

The hotel is in a convenient location with walking distance to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT stations. The rooms are small but clean and well equipped. Staff are friendly and supportive. My family had a good time there!

Great stay! Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and location is good!

Short walk to Asoke station. Room is comfy but the pillow is a bit hard. Taxi and Tuk Tuk does not know the hotel and always drop us at Asoke station and we need to talk back to the hotel. Overall is good hotel to stay in the city center.

The hotel located in very strategic location. Terminal 21 is a walking distance. A lot of delicious food there. Love it so much. The room itself is very clean and the staff are polite and helpful. Recommended.
