Great STAFF AND GREAT HOTEL. PERFECT AREA

The area is safe, quiet and not crowded.

This hotel is well located. It was my first time in São Paulo and I felt safe in this neighborhood. Plenty of great restaurants and bars around, a really nice shopping mall nearby. I liked the breakfast and the rooftop pool. The minibar is well priced and stocked. I loved this hotel and I am happy to come back next time I am in SP. the room was excellent!

The hotel is in a great location, super convenient, nearby tons of great restaurants and a shopping center. Super walkable area. What I liked the most though was their staff. They were super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

Staff at Tsue was very helpful with a late check in and late check out. I could not recommend higher. Hotels.com was terrible and I could not find the reservation in the app. I will not use Hotels.com again but I will stay at Tsue.

Don't stay here. Room did not have proper working windows and doors. Glass doors had a 2.5" inch gap to the outside and windows and a 1.5" inch gap to the outside. This hotel is located within visual of CGH runway. Planes are landing every 2 minutes at busy times. Give me a break!! I don't have time for this level of irresponsibility.

Awesome stay, friendly staff, good location

Traveled during the Pandemic, so a lot of restaurants closed or closed by 9pm. Love this hotel only issue is if you are a light sleeper you will be waken the the airplanes.

Wheter it was amazing, i return a day!!!!
