One of the worst 5-star hotels I have stayed in. When we checked in, the room was dirty: there was food on the floor and counter, the bathroom countertop was not clean, and there was so much dust in the drawers that I did not want to empty my suitcase. There was no housekeeping on a Sunday evening at 7, so the front desk had to clean, as there were no other rooms available. Also guest services did not meet a 5-star standard. They were contacted 4 days before we asked for an outing and responded with a few question via WhatsApp. I immedialte replied and then never heard back. I went to the front desk and they were not available, so I had to arrange a tour myself. When we asked for a late check out, they said no they were full, which I understand I had looked to rebook our room only to find out we paid for a terrace suite and were given a deluxe room. They said it was a glitch in Expedia's system. I am still waiting to see if I will get a refund. The bed was nice and rooftop pool and bar area was very nice. But I will not stay here again.
