This hotel wasn't supposed to have pets in it, but there's a cat, which is allowed in the rooms (after I went into my room, it scratched at the door for a long time trying to get in). I'm very allergic. Aside from allergy problems right away, there was lots of noise from above and on the street. I knew I wouldn't have a good stay, so left right away and went to a previous hotel. I asked the front desk guy who the manager is. He said he didn't know!

Don’t trust the pictures from the listing, this place is a scam … My room (# 112) looked nothing like what they advertised. I didn’t stay the night and of course they refused to give me a refund.

A couple of nights midweek in January 2024. Friday night the price was going up so i decided not to stay. Great place except for the location... it seems a little out of the way.

The receptionist woman was very rude. She acted they we were a burden the moment we walked into the door.

If u r planning to see theathers shows (a must if u understand spanish) and walk around city centre or touring around using metro subway system, the location will suit ur needs

Small room but comfortable. All fashion keys (vs. electronic key card). Tiny elevator. Breakfast and bar on the second floor which had decent food and drinks. Many restaurants in the walking distance (right next to sushi/fish store). In the center of the city. Recommend.

Very satisfied with the room condition and the location. Well working air-conditioners in the room. Many good restaurants and theaters in walking distance. However, none of the reception staff understands any English so it was hard to ask for directions or reserve a taxi. The breakfast was just bread and juice.

The staff were really helpful, spoke good English and even lent me an umbrella when it rained. Good location supermarket around the corner and lots of attractions within walking distance. My room wasclarge old fashioned and very clean.

Very clean hotel with exceptional staff who are super friendly. Made us feel very welcome during our stay. I originally only booked four nights but extended my stay for another two. We found the location great which made it easy for us to walk around the city. Special mention to our breakfast lady, incredibly hard working, friendly and always made me extra coffee everyday :) Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel, I would recommend to fellow travellers and would stay there again if I came back to Buenos Aires. :)

Unusual layout, two story apartment, beds upstairs, bath, toilets and lounge downstairs. Two tvs, so you can watch tv in bed.

The hotel was located near downtown Buenos Aires in Argentina, it was around 15 minutes taxi ride from the airport. The staff was friendly during the check in process. The room key is not an electronic card like most hotel, it is an actual key with a big keychain. If you have a big luggage with you, it may not fit in the elevator with more than 1 person.

It looks better in the pictures. The hotel is clean but everything is so old. It was a good price but is better to pay some extra a move to a more newer hotel. They didn't include the breakfast

The hotel staff was very helpful with arranging tours, taxi service and sightseeing tips. The price was more than reasonable for convenient location, good service and a clean room; moreover, it included a large breakfast. I would definitely stay there again!

People were great, bent over back wards to be helpful. We had a long delay between checkout and flight. They stored our bags, and made sure we had transportation when we needed it. The breakfast was way over the top. One suggestion would be to put trash cans in rooms.

We stayed there 2 nights. The service was okay, upon arrival our receptionist was not friendly at all, but later on other folks at the front desk did help store our luggage and helped us call a cab to the airport. The main issue is that the sheets-&-linens-&-towels were very dirty. The bed sheets had dried stains on them, and for both nights the towels we received looked disgusting and it was not clear at all whether they had been washed. They didn't empty the garbage bin in the bathroom either.
